Welcome to Summit Sky, a thoughtfully designed cabin nestled on 1.5 private wooded acres in the pines of Hochatown, Oklahoma.

Created as a place to slow down and reconnect, Summit Sky blends warm, nature-inspired interiors with inviting outdoor spaces designed for gathering, relaxing, and making memories together.

The private Hot Tub Pavilion sits tucked among the trees, reached by crossing an Edison-lit bridge beneath the canopy. Surrounded by the pines and softly illuminated in the evenings, it's the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. For your comfort and peace of mind, the hot tub is drained, cleaned, refilled, and professionally sanitized before every guest stay.

Mornings begin at the Tree Top Lounge, a second-story deck overlooking the forest canopy. Enjoy coffee among the treetops, stretch with the provided yoga mat and resistance bands, watch the morning mist settle through the trees, or return in the evening for stargazing beneath Oklahoma's wide-open sky.

The covered outdoor living room was designed to bring people together, featuring a gas fireplace, Smart TV, comfortable sectional seating, and warm lighting throughout the outdoor spaces. Just steps away, the covered family recreation deck offers a tunnel slide, climbing features, a soft pea gravel play area, and a canopy of Edison string lights for evening play, allowing parents to relax nearby while staying connected to the fun.

Inside, Summit Sky pairs cedar ceilings with calming sage and muted blue tones, curated artwork inspired by nature, including William Morris textile prints, spa-inspired finishes, luxury linens, and a custom-built breakfast nook made for slow mornings, coffee conversations, and family meals.

Guests will have full access to the entire cabin and more than 1,400 sq ft of private multi-level outdoor living space.

Enjoy private decking, including the Hot Tub Pavilion, Tree Top Lounge, covered outdoor living room, family recreation deck, outdoor kitchen with Blackstone griddle, and custom stone fire pit lounge. Additional amenities include the Pac-Man arcade, Infinity Game Table, tunnel slide, climbing net, hammock, cornhole, horseshoes, and Giant Jenga.

Summit Sky is stocked with bath products, coffee bar essentials, kitchen basics, towels, extra blankets, and laundry supplies to help you settle in and enjoy your stay.

Other things to note
• Summit Sky is a multi-level treetop retreat with stairs between floors and outdoor living spaces.

• The cabin's spa-inspired bathroom is located on the main level. Guests staying in the upstairs king suite and Hideout Loft should plan accordingly.

• Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.

• As is common in Broken Bow, portions of the roads leading to the property and driveway are gravel. Standard vehicles typically access the property without issue.

• Summit Sky is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Ouachita pines. Guests may encounter seasonal insects, wildlife, leaves, pollen, mud, and changing outdoor conditions during their stay. While the cabin is professionally cleaned and regularly treated, nature is part of the experience here.

• A security camera is located at the driveway entrance for guest and property safety. There are no indoor cameras.

• Firewood is not provided but is readily available for purchase throughout Hochatown and Broken Bow.

• Children should be closely supervised around stairs, elevated decks, the tunnel slide, climbing net, hot tub, and other outdoor features.

• Due to stairs and multi-level outdoor spaces, the cabin may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

• Summit Sky is designed for peaceful gatherings and quiet retreats. Parties and events are not permitted.

• No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the cabin or on the property.

• For guest safety and wildfire prevention, open-flame candles, fireworks, and unauthorized fires are not permitted on the property.

• The indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces are available seasonally from October 1 through April 30 and may be unavailable during warmer months.

• Unauthorized fires or misuse of fire features may result in additional charges.

• To help maintain the cabin for guests with allergies and sensitivities, pets are not permitted.

• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

• No glass containers are permitted in or around the hot tub.

• Rental agreement signature required within 48 hours of booking.

• Early check-in and late checkout may not be available due to cleaning and preparation schedules.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
