The Space:

This newly built 1bd cabin offers a unique industrial feel with modern luxury. With the prime location of being in the heart of hochatown, we are a stone's throw off of hwy 259, and just minutes from town.

Equipped with your own fire pit, hot tub, grill, and of course our charming garage themed decor to make your trip a 5 star experience!

As the evening rolls around you can gather around the fire pit and roast marshmallows.
This house is our second home, so we take exceptional care of the space. We guarantee that the home is expertly cleaned including all sheets, blankets, and towels after every reservation.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property and the person who rents must remain for the duration of the rental term. Absolutely NO parties are allowed. Parking available for 3 vehicles. We have zero issues terminating a rental if a party is thrown and our house disrespected. We keep it nice for all of our guests.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
Hochatown is also known for its breweries, wineries and restaurants.
In addition, our unique cabin is only 5 - 9 miles to the marina or state park.
If you prefer to relax indoors, there are TVs in both the bedroom and living room and of course, we didn’t forget the internet! There is also a fully-stocked kitchen with plenty of room for cooking meals while the other guests lounge in the living area.
The Garage can be rented privately or as part of a larger cabin!

MAX OCCUPANCY:
Sleeps 4.
Unfortunately, due to fire marshal regulations and insurance purposes, the number of guests per cabin is strictly enforced.
In addition, the mountain cabins are off-grid and our systems, such as solar, cannot handle more than the max number of guests.

There is plenty of room for parking your boat.

ATVs:
Seasonal riding is allowed on the surrounding US Forest Roads but please check with the US Forestry for specific dates it’s allowed.

GRILL / FIRE:
The grill is propane and directly wired into the house. Instead of a propane tank, you will see a timer.
All cabins have a fire pit. Please bring matches.

Our cleaning service no longer provides firewood, but it can be purchased at Hookers Bait Shop:

Do not leave doors open! We're in the national forest and a critter could enter. Don't leave trash outside or an animal will get into it! NO SMOKING!
Pet friendly. No cats. Crate pet any time not present and never leave pet unattended, including in bathroom. No pets on furniture, linens or bedding.
We need to accommodate for guests with pet allergies and additional fee will be charged for excessive shedding on rugs, linens, furniture, etc!
