This cabin is the perfect vacation spot for families, couples or friends. Key features of this property include a spacious sunroom that doubles as a second living area complete with plush furniture and 3 walls of windows to enjoy the scenic views. The sunroom is closed off and located off the kitchen tucked away from the bedrooms so you can enjoy evening entertainment without disturbing anyone who wants to turn in early for the night. Enjoy the outdoor playset with slide and swings, queen over queen bunk beds in the third bedroom along with a 2 player Ms. Pac Man arcade console. The open concept living and kitchen area is perfect for entertaining and has a full size shuffle board. When the sun sets, gather your crew for a late-night soak in the hot tub under the stars or get cozy around the firepit with smores and campfire stories.


SPACE:
As you enter the warm, fully furnished cabin you'll feel right at home at Knotty Pine. With over 2,000 sq ft. the cabin offers 3 bedrooms + 2 baths + 2 living areas and sleeps up to 8 guests. The classic cabin vibes will have you feeling at ease to kick your feet up and enjoy your stay. The vaulted ceilings make the open concept kitchen and living area feel spacious and the cabin provides plenty of seating to relax and enjoy meals. There are 3 bedrooms, two of which include king beds and bedroom 3 is a bunk room that has queen over queen bunk beds. For entertainment there is a classic 2 player arcade console, shuffle board, a swing set, 4-person hot tub, sound bars for music and board games to play. We have no doubt you’ll fall in love with the sunroom/second living area that is closed off from the cabin for extra privacy. Enjoy the plush sectional couch, sound bar, floor to ceiling windows and second dining table to enjoy meals or playing games.


EAT:
The living room flows into the updated, spacious kitchen featuring ample counter space and cabinet storage. The full, modern kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. Coffee maker and starter coffee pods are provided for guest. Seating for 4 is offered at the bar in the kitchen, which is right next to the dining table that offers seating for 6. In the sunroom there is a second dining table that provides seating for 6.
The laundry room is set off from the kitchen which includes a full-size washer and dryer and sink. The laundry room has extra cabinet and counter space making it a great spot for extra groceries.


GATHER:
Knotty Pine offers two spacious living areas! The main living area has cozy couches set around the fire place and large smart TV to enjoy a movie or catch the game. There is a full size shuffle board in the main living area for those that enjoy some friendly competition. Sound bars are provided in both living areas for you to enjoy.
Off the kitchen and out the back door you will find the the spacious sunroom with 3 walls of windows to enjoy the beautiful views of the forest making you feel tucked into the tall pines and hardwoods. The plush sectional couch sets the tone for this room. Enjoy the comfort of the couch or the club chair while you sip cocktails and enjoy some tunes. The dining table in the sunroom offers a great place to enjoy a meal or a card game. The fireplace is great for those chilly nights and a night cap. For the warmer nights the sunroom includes 2 large ceiling fans and a separate cooling unit. Off the sunroom you can access the deck to the hot tub under the stars or enjoy all the property has to offer outdoors.


RETREAT:
Off to the left of the living room is the master suite, featuring a king size bed and private bathroom. The cozy bedding and mattress will ensure a great night’s sleep and the room is complete with blinds and drapes for those that like to sleep in. Enjoy a movie day marathon on the smart TV or just spend a lazy day in bed. The bathrooms are stocked with blow dryers and starter toiletries.
Bedroom 2 and 3 are located off the kitchen and living area and share a full-size bath which is located between both bedrooms in the hallway. Bedroom 2 is spacious and provides a comfortable king bed and smart TV for you to enjoy after a long day of hiking or playing at the lake. Bedroom 3 is a bunk room featuring queen bunk beds. The 2 player Pac Man arcade console will provide hours of fun for both the littles and adults. All bedrooms have dressers and closet space providing ample storage space for guest to use.


ESCAPE:
Outdoor enthusiasts will love the cabin’s location and wooded property. Outside, you'll find a large sitting area with Adirondack chairs situated around the fire pit. Enjoy the sound of the creek as you kick back and relax as you take in the beauty of the nature around you. There's a playset for the kids to enjoy and cornhole if you prefer some friendly competition. The hot tub is located in the open air making it perfect for enjoying an evening soak under the stars. For those who enjoy grilling, a gas grill with propane is also offered.
The front porch offers two sitting areas complete with additional outdoor seating. Here you may catch deer walking through the neighborhood early in the morning.
The pull through driveway provides ample parking and allows for plenty of room for your ATV or boat trailer.


LOCATION:
Knotty Pine Cabin is conveniently located near Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and many Hochatown area attractions and restaurants. Located in Timber Creek Trails subdivision you are just a short 4-minute drive to Local 259, The Hochatown Maze, Mountain Fork Brewery, and Oakie Girls Ice Cream for your reference. Bring your ATV or side by side for nearby trails! There is plenty of parking at the cabin to for your boats or toys.

This guidebook is designed to enhance your experience and ensure you have all the information necessary for a delightful stay.
Like most cabins in the area, our property uses exterior security cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. They are not regularly monitored during your stay. They are used for protection of guest and our property.
