Don't get me wrong, my husband and I had a good stay in the Settle In cabin, however, there are just a few things that I would do to make this cabin a little more comfortable and convenient for guests. I would update some small appliances, for instance, the toaster. The numbers are all missing from it so you can not see the settings. There was a very musty or old smell everytime we walked into the cabin, so some plug ins would help that. For the bathroom, I would recommend getting a shower caddy because since there is not one, guests have to put their toiletries on the floor, but having a hanging shower caddy would help a great deal, and also the shower curtain, it needs to be longer. The one that is hanging in there is too short and the water splashes all over the floor and gets the rug that is there already soaking wet. The last thing, would be the bed, it was uncomfortable for me, felt like I was sleeping on springs. Now mind you, this is all just my opinion, so call me bougie or whatever but little things do tend to make a stay somewhere a good experience. I will say it was quiet and peaceful outside and the hot tub was relaxing, but I probably would not stay at this one again.
