  • Welcome to A Perfect Landing in Broken Bow, Oklahoma! This state-of-the-art, 1100 square foot, professionally designed cabin offers all of the modern luxuries so you can relax and unwind during your stay.

    A Perfect Landing features an unbeatable Location! Minutes from the best attractions in Hochatown and Beavers Bend State Park. The cabin is set on a spacious acre lot, surrounded by towering pine trees, Enjoy outdoor living at its best on the outdoor patio.

    Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide photo ID within 48 hours of booking.

    As hosts and owners of A Perfect Landing we are always available to communicate with our guests leading up to and during your stay!


    ☀️Located in the Sunrise Ridge Development. The cabin is tucked away on a private lot surrounded by towering pine trees.

    Hochatown and Broken Bow have well maintained main highways which are easy to access.
    Brand new paved roads lead you all the way to the cabin!

    There are no steep hills or inclines to reach the cabin.

    The cabin has a circle drive that will accommodate cars and trailers with boats, ATV's etc.

Home away from home

This is the second time we stayed at The Perfect Landing. We absolutely love coming here. The cabin is so relaxing and feels like we are home. We enjoy sitting on the patio watching the deer walk by and roasting marshmallows. Melissa and Luke are so kind and always available for questions. We can’t wait to come back for another relaxing weekend.

A perfect landing

This Vrbo was amazing we loved spending time on the back porch watching the deer. The hot tub was amazing! The bed was super comfortable too we enjoyed everything!

Clean, Quiet & Secluded

The cabin was very clean, well-decorated, kitchen stocked with all the amenities. Location was great, close to many restaurants/shops/trails yet tucked into the woods for peace and seclusion. Love the master en suite, outdoor spaces and front porch swing! Luke and Melissa were excellent hosts, quick to communicate!

A Perfect Retreat!

We recently stayed at this lovely cabin in the woods, and it was an absolute dream! The cozy interior made us feel right at home, but the highlight was definitely the hot tub on the back patio. After a day of activities, soaking in the warm bubbles while surrounded by nature was pure bliss. The peaceful ambiance and stunning views made it the perfect spot to unwind. I can't recommend this cabin enough for anyone looking to escape and relax in the great outdoors!

Wonderful, quiet place

This was a wonderful place to stay. The property was recently built. Excellent location with easy access to things, but still very private. The lot was really wooded, giving a lot of privacy and beautiful views from inside and outside of the house. Excellent internet if needed (I had to do business there and it was perfect). The owners have done a great job with every stage of the process. Their setup was flawless and easy. Highly recommended.

This wonderful cabin is really more of a chateau. It's beautifully decorated, and while it looks and feels like you're isolated deep in the woods, you're less than a 5 minute drive to the main attractions in Hochatown. The owners are wonderful and quickly replied to a couple of the questions I texted them. We'll be back! -Dave O
