Welcome to **Hawthorne Branch**, a stunning A-frame cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, minutes from Beavers Bend State Park, also known as Hochatown. Built in 2024, this cabin is the perfect romantic getaway for couples or a cozy retreat for a small family.

Set on a private road, Hawthorne Branch offers a peaceful atmosphere with a perfect blend of privacy and comfort. The cabin features two king bedrooms—one upstairs in a private loft with a seating area and the master downstairs with a large ensuite bathroom. The master bath includes double vanities, a spacious walk-in shower, with provided toiletries, and a luxurious soaking tub for ultimate relaxation.

**MORE privacy has been added with screens in front of the hot tub and blinds on all the living room windows!**

Our on-site housekeeping crews provide a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished, but there are local stores that can assist with any needs that come up!

Other things to note:
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.
- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. (this can be done while booking through Airbnb or direct- if booking that way)
- ABSOLUTELY NO smoking *in* the home.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We charge $75 for two hours late/early for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

The property is managed by The Bear Cabins in BB, LLC. Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay! After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.
