Stay at a home designed BY HomeAway guests FOR HomeAway guests! Enjoythis completely redone 3 bedroom located 1/2 mile from downtown Broken Arrow with its great restaurants , shopping, and activities. You can relax and play pool/ping-pong or enjoy a city park right out the back gate! A few blocks away you can swim in the summer or ice skate in the winter. When is the last time you made s’mores around the fire? Make yourself at home and enjoy our wonderful downtown, recently recognized by USA Today as one of America's most "Charming Main Streets."

We want you and your family to have a comfortable stay and will provide coffee/tea, snacks and plenty of clean blankets to curl up under. The house is newly furnished throughout with one queen and two full beds on all new carpet and wood floors. Apple TV , Disney+, and Hulu provided on 55 inch 4K TV as well as high speed internet(200 mbps)! You will have so many options outside with 11 different chairs to relax in! Play bocce, corn hole, or disc golf in the backyard or sit on the patio at sunset. Nothing beats sitting around the fire with friends and family and enjoying refreshments!Walk to tennis and basketball courts or your little ones can step out the back gate and be on the playground in less than a minute. There is a Walmart Neighborhood Market a few blocks away if you need anything and Target just a few miles away. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer on site. Plenty of parking available. Minutes away from pizza, barbecue, gelato, steakhouse,coffee shops, a brewery, sushi, mexican and more! Check out downtown shopping or go to the spa. Great for families and business travelers alike. Close to Bass Pro, Performing Arts Center, Rhema, and The Warren Theatre!

This is our only rental property and gets all our attention which is why it has been among the very best in Broken Arrow for the past four years!

Perfect main street stay

The property was accurate for the listing and very nice. Communication with the host was friendly and timely. Great location to visit the Broken Arrow Rose District, Farmers Market, Performing Arts Center.

Trip to see family

It was a very nice place to stay. Kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the games and the fire pit. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Would definitely go again.

Fantastic stay

We had an amazing time staying in this beautiful home. It was very comfy and peaceful. Had games for the guests to play, and also had snacks. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting broken arrow.

Great stay

The house was perfect for our needs, we chose it due to the proximity to the softball fields where we were playing a tournament. Not only was it convenient but it was super clean and had everything we needed.

Very good! Check in was easy and everything was very clean. The location was great. It was easy to get to anything in Broken Arrow as well as Woodland Hills mall. The beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning worked very well for the first week is August. Adam was a very good communicator as I asked him several questions concerning bike paths....etc. Thanks Adam!

Great home in Broken Arrow

This three bedroom home in a mature Broken Arrow neighborhood was perfect for a family-friendly weekend in Tulsa. The couches and beds were cozy, Wi-Fi worked seamlessly and we loved having access to a washer and dryer. Water pressure in the shower was great, which is often a miss with rentals! We would stay here again.

Great place to stay for a golf outing with friends

The stay and amenities were great for an outing with a group of friends. Multiple good golf courses nearby. Played pool, ping-pong, and cooked steaks on the grill provided. I highly recommend!!!

Wonderful place to stay

This is a great place to stay and relax with family or friends. Conveniently located, clean and spacious. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Price was affordable and fair. The pool table and fire pit were our favorite!

Our best VRBO stay yet!

This marks our 2nd experience with VRBO, and this one is a good one. For any softball parents (such as us) this property is ideally located between Arrowhead Park and Main Street of Broken Arrow which has a LOT to offer. The area seems newly renovated and has some great restaurants nearby. The property itself is very clean, in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoors (fire pit area) is well shaded, and is within walking distance to a park. Highly recommend. If we ever return to Broken Arrow, this is where we will stay!

Absolutely PHENOMENAL!

Will 100% be coming back for our next trip back home! Perfect location just an easy mile walk to downtown w/ the park in between. House was great, not one negative thing. Loved having morning coffee from the fancy coffee/espresso/cappuccino maker (fresh beans provided). Actually, my only complaint is now I had to buy one because I fell in love with it! Coffee on rainy mornings under the carport was great too! Unfortunately too busy to unwind outback at the firepit. The pool table & ping pong table were a blast as well. If you are looking for the perfect VRBO, w/ great communication w/owner/manager, and just a relaxing stay, THIS IS IT!!!

This house was absolutely amazing. It was clean and very comfortable. It was cute and fun. Plenty of things to do while chilling at the house. The local area was really cute as well, I went to the farmers market and the old downtown area. It was just three minutes down the road. There was an awesome antique store about a block away as well. If I had to give critiques, it would only be that it’s hard to get 2 bigger vehicles in the parking area. The Netflix was advertised in the listing, but wasn’t working- I think they just need to upgrade their account. One of the beds was pretty squeaky with little movement. And lastly the laundry room area was (possibly) messy due to remodel. None were really a big deal. There was so much good that it really overshadowed the not so great issues.

We were able to check-in early, the home was spotless and smelled great, everything we needed was stocked and we were in walking distance or a short drive away from events in Broken Arrow. Short visit

Stayed just a few days to visit family. House was just right for the four of us. The pool and ping pong table got a lot of use. Didn’t get to use the outside amenities due to rain. Had hoped to visit the city pool and park just behind the home.
