How this place has the ratings it has are a complete mystery to me. I would never stay here again, it was a surprising a place this terrible has...

"Was an ok place to stay for one night, grass was very long, so kinda looked shabby driving up to the hotel, very large load of laundry in the hall way, dirt on the counter at check in. This was at 10pm. Was ok to stay at n for a great price on Expedia for the night, breakfast was good. I would stay again."

"I just think in general this place is pricey for what it is. I stayed at AmericInn in grand forks the next night and it was so much better, more updated, cleaner, had a pool and hot tub. This place way just super underwhelming. TV sucks, bathroom had a hole in the ceiling. The floor was FREEZING. It is hardwood which is fine but obviously it isn't insulated so even though you can get the heat running in the room the floor is always very cold."
