"This hotel is badly in need of maintenance and perhaps new management. The stairway carpets looked as though they had not been cleaned for weeks and must have been over 10 years old. "The room was huge and gorgeous! The room was very clean and welcoming. However, there were a few things that were troublesome. The walk-in shower was enormous but had no bars or handles to hold on to. My elderly aunt refused to shower because she felt it was too dangerous. The other issue was trying to get hot water for tea/cocoa. The coffee pot was a nice Kuerig but would only release hot water with a pod in place. Ended up going to Mobey's and paying 3.50 for a cup of hot water. Ouch. And...
