4 bed seaside let with parking Central Broadstairs

Atlas Place is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of our building just a 2 minute walk to the nearest beach. Our town centre location means we are surrounded by local, independent shops as well as lots of restaurants, bars and parks.
We can make Atlas Place suitable for families and friends supplying all sorts from beach towels to high chairs. We live half a mile from the property so here if you should ever need any help or advice. The house has been on our family for 30 years and has been lovingly renovated this year (2021) to the high standard you can see, We do have a small garden with seating for 8 as well as parking. We are on the main bus routes for day trips to surrounding Margate, Ramsgate and the beautiful city of Canterbury. Only 1.5 hours from London - the train station is a 5 minute walk.
We are also only 30min from Folkestone where you can take the Eurotunnel to France. Calais in just 35mins

Amazing flat! Newly refurbished (and done so amazingly) and has absolutely everything a family would need for their stay. A short (5 minute) walk to the seaside and many, many amazing restaurants and pubs. The hosts were fantastic and have clearly thought through what their guests may want/need during their stay. From board games, beach chairs, coolers, kitchen essentials, etc., I cannot think of one thing I thought was missing. Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely property ideal for families in Broadstairs

We stayed in Atlas House for a two night stay in August. The apartment is in a location very close to Broadstairs high street and an easy walk to the Beach. It is a lovely home, very clean and very well equipped for a beach holiday in Broadstairs. The host Bec is very nice and on hand to answer any queries.

Great location and everything you need for a holiday provided

The house was clean and well-kept and our family group of three generations really enjoyed the space of the lounge (really comfortable sofas!) and the cooking equipment provided for making family meals. The children really enjoyed the dressing-up costumes, what a great touch! The house house is close to the centre of town so really convenient for the beach and the shops. The garden with outside dining space is enclosed and private. We really enjoyed our three night stay, thank you.

I do like to be beside the seaside.

1st time booking through VRBO & I found not knowing the address until 48 hours before a pain in terms of co-ordinating journey and meeting place with the rest of our family. The property was very clean, well appointed and a lot was included however not listed on VRBO details so we wasted space & time packing things we needn’t have done. The property owners have really gone over and above making it very family friendly but we didn’t know about this until we were there. I would recommend this without hesitation.

Summer Week in Broadstairs

Perfect! Very well maintained accommodations in the center of Broadstairs with great proximity to everything going on. The house had everything we could possibly need and is very well stocked with all the thoughtful extras. Furnishings and decor are very current, fresh and comfortable. The owners were so easy to communicate with and very helpful. Clearly the owners have taken great care and pride to offer this ideal rental. Thank you.

A superb and well located property

Atlas Place is amazing! We were a family of 6 adults staying for the Jubilee week and everything was perfect. It was like bringing our home to Broadstairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the beds were all so comfortable, a fantastic dining area and the spacious lounge just make Atlas place a perfect stay. We were amazed at the location being so close to the centre and the beach. (even beach towels are supplied!) Dave & Bec are excellent, friendly and helpfull hosts. Just perfect! Would definately stay there again.

Family Mini break

This is a great property, stylishly decorated, well designed and well -equipped. We were a family of 5 adults and we had a very relaxing time in Broadstairs and all loved the property. We were 5 minutes from the beach, 10 from the railway station, 2 good supermarkets close by and also a greengrocers. Lots of restaurants and little shops to wander round close by. Great place to stay !

Perfect stay

What a fantastic place! Bec and David were always brilliant with any questions we had before we arrived and very prompt with responses. We were met on arrival and shown around this fantastic property with our own parking spaces. We were so impressed with the cleanliness and furnishings which were so tasteful throughout. Every little detail had been thought of to make our stay memorable and lots of little extras provided. Our little grandchildren enjoyed the games and toys provided and playing in the pretty little garden’ We were only a 5 minute walk to shops and beach and numerous restaurants. We would love to come back here again. Thank you Becs and David for a great stay.
