The 3 bedrooms are also on the ground floor, one of which is a zip and link twin bedroom which can be configured as single beds or as a kingsize bed. The second bedroom is a double bedroom with French doors leading out onto the lovely rear patio garden with table and chair seating. The third bedroom has a single bed and wardrobe storage.

Making your way up to the first floor you find yourself in the open plan living space, with fully equipped modern kitchen, dining table and corner sofa seating as well as easy chair, DVD player and Smart TV, this is a great social space. The views are also beautiful, looking out over Brixham and out to sea. The family bathroom with bath and shower is on the first floor also. The property benefits from a single garage for a small/ medium car, a great bonus for a property in Brixham. Being just outside of the centre of town but still within walking distance means the property is not directly situated within the hustle and bustle of the town centre itself.
