Visit the famous life-size replica of Sir Francis Drake’s ship, The Golden Hind, moored in the harbour, which offers five decks of interesting hands-on exhibits, or explore the English Riviera and catch the ferry across the bay to the ever-popular resort of Torquay. A wonderful steam railway that runs through the Dart Valley can be explored 3 miles away, with the beautiful destinations of Kingswear and Dartmouth easily accessed.
