Small but adequate room. Plenty of counter space. Fridge. Comfy bed and pillows. Quiet! Carpet is somewhat worn but not terrible. Great fruit at bkfast. Parking on site. Lots of restaurants nearby w/in walking distance! Right off the interstate.

I'd say it's the best place to sray in clear lake. Clos4 to downtown and next to Surf ballroom. The house is very accommodating for a large group of people.
