Welcome to our charming apartment in the heart of Bristol, hosted by The Sanctuary Co. This cozy 2 bed, 1 bath space is part of a converted home that has been transformed into three separate apartments, each with its own entrance. This design ensures a sense of privacy while still being close to the vibrant downtown area, where you can enjoy various events and restaurants.

Our apartment is thoughtfully furnished with everything you need to unwind after a day of exploring. The clean and organized layout makes it easy to find everything, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guest Access:
This unit is on the first floor. From the parking area at the back of the house, you'll go to the left of the house. The entrance is on the left side of the house, marked unit #1!

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is safe and eclectic. It is also less than a mile from State Street, which is the downtown strip of Bristol. This street straddles the line of TN & VA.

Getting Around:
The easiest way to get around is by car, but you could certainly walk downtown! It's less than a mile, or about 15 minutes at a leisurely pace.
