Spacious 4 Bed & 3 Full Bath Home in Bristol, RI - 300ft from the water


Relax in our 4 bed & 3 full bath home nestled in a quiet neighborhood of Bristol. Enjoy a large, fenced in backyard with an overlooking deck complete with outdoor furniture. The home is 300ft from the water with public access and storage for kayaks/paddleboards. Minutes from downtown and a 25 minute drive to Providence or Newport.

Upstairs:
-Master bedroom w/king bed, dresser, closet
-Living room with XL sectional and 75in smart TV. This room can comfortably fit 8 people.
-Full Bathroom (attached to bedroom)

Main Floor:
-Full Kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, sink
-Dining room with large 8 person table - 32in smart TV located in this room
-Bedroom with queen bed, closet and shelving
-Bedroom with twin bed and large desk
-Full Bathroom
-Small "Living room" with 3 person couch leading out to the deck

Basement (fully finished with private entrance if needed):
-Bedroom with King bed, 2 closets, luggage racks and smart TV
-Laundry Room with washer/dryer
-Full Bathroom

Driveway fits 3+ vehicles and there is plenty of street parking as well. Also enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch! Bedrooms on the main floor and upstairs each have their own AC unit. There's 2 other AC units located in the upstairs living room and main floor dining room. The basement does not have AC but fans will be provided.

Home is immaculate and fully equipped with all necessities!

Very clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Convenient to beaches and attractions. Quiet neighborhood. Owner was very helpful. It worked out great for our family of 7. The only thing was the steps which were a challenge for the senior citizens but we managed.

This house was amazing! It was extremely clean and had every amenity anyone could ask for(shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, case of water in frig, soda and wine, etc). It fit 8 people very comfortably and there were no issues at all. Definitely would highly recommend!!

Return to Bristol

The house is charmingly decorated, clearly a lot of effort went into it. The host/hostess have anticipated every need in the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. My sense is it has been recently remodeled and has a new feel. The multiple window air conditioners were much appreciated during the hot days this past week. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property.

The property is a beautlful home with enough rooms and space for my family. We lived that each floor felt like its own small apartment soace with a bathroom oer floor as well ad bedrooms. The entire stay was seamless and worry free and even though we did not need to reach out to the hosts during the stay, they made it clear that they were available should we need anything.
