    Entry Level: Master bedroom includes a Queen-size bed with a private bathroom. 2nd bedroom includes a Queen-size bed and a twin XL Murphy bed.   2nd full bathroom is in common area with stackable washer & dryer. Loft / sitting area includes another twin XL Murphy bed. 

    Downstairs includes a well appointed kitchen, dining and living areas.  Enjoy cool mornings or golden-hour evenings by the outdoor fireplace on the covered deck—an ideal spot to watch rising trout or drifting mist over the water. Inside, guests can relax with a Smart TV and complimentary Hulu + Live TV.

    Due to its hillside location, Bufflehead may not be suitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

Great property!

fantastic property, really nicely appointed, wonderful location right on the river. We were there to fish and it has great access to the river which is wadeable when not generating and there are other streams in the area. lots of fun restaurants in Bristol which isn't far at all. owner's were very nice and very helpful in our planning. looking forward to going back!

We stayed here specifically because my son loves fishing. The river was easily accessible and felt very private and peaceful, even though there were others fishing nearby. The cabin was charming and very clean. I absolutely love that the cabin was stocked with condiments and laundry detergent and more than one roll of toilet paper. Usually when we rent with VRBO, we end up spending money on things like toilet paper, paper towels, and condiments for our stay, and we didn’t have to do that this time. There were a lot of little thoughtful touches like this that we really appreciated. The owners were SO nice. Shortly after we settled in, my husband got stung by a wasp and we found a wasp’s nest. I messaged the owners to see if they had any wasp spray and they were there in less than 5 minutes taking care of the wasp nest, and they had Benadryl cream for my husband. They were SO apologetic and kind. We weren’t upset about the wasp’s nest, that’s not really something you can control, but I was really impressed with how responsive and quick they were. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay with them again if we return to the area.

Birthday Weekend

Paula and Bruce were wonderful hosts. When we arrived it was pouring rain and dark so we had trouble locating the cabin. We called Paula and she stayed on the phone with us while Bruce drove down to personally show us where the cabin was located. He even stayed to make sure we did not need any help. The next day we asked where we could get more firewood and Bruce promptly refilled the firewood for us. The cabin has everything you could possibly need and more. We really enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and grill. This will definitely be a location we would recommend.
