This was our second stay, and it will always be our choice when visiting family and friends in the Bristol area. It is always clean, well-stocked, and in a great central location.

The house was awesome. It was very clean inside and it was well stocked with everything you will need. Patio was great for sitting outside. We loved everything about this house. The only thing that would help is a better walkway up to the door. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

Great location in Bristol!

Property was great with all the amenities you could ask for! The coffee bar was great. It was very clean and organized. We enjoyed our stay!

We were in town visiting my two year-old grandson. Our stay was amazing. The neighborhood was incredible. The views were beautiful. We would definitely stay at this location on our next visit.

This was a perfect place for our weekend getaway to Bristol. The best stocked rental I’ve ever stayed in- seriously everything you need for your stay. The place is spotless. And the location was close to the Hardrock & downtown.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. It was the perfect size for 4 adults. The location was perfect for the races and to go into downtown.

Track Meet Weekend

We loved everything about this property and it's not far from King University at all. It has all the comforts of home and everything you need for a meal in. This is one of the cleanest VRBO homes I have every stayed in! We would absolutely stay again!

Very friendly hosts. They live upstairs in the house but did not hover or bother us during our stay. The power went out for a couple hours during a storm; and they did check to see if we needed anything. Very close to downtown, Casino, shopping areas, and plenty of restaurants; but very quiet at the house.

Last minute trip

Made a last minute decision to book property due to storm coming up east coast. Rental was perfect for our needs and good location to head out for activities. Hiked and biked as well as enjoyed some local restaurants!

Best of Stays and worst of Stays

A very attractive and pleasant stay. The host thought of everything you might need for your stay including those things you might have forgot to bring. Everything looked sparkling clean and new. Quiet neighborhood with good location for most activities you might want to do. I would have given 5 stars but for the parking. The apartment is on a steep hill with a long walk to the door of the apartment. The parking area has loose gravel and is unpaived. There is no sidewalk or stairs to the front dorr. Even getting in and out of your vehicle was difficult because of the steepness of the property. The walk up with luggage was long. It would be easy to fall getting out of your vehiccle and wwalking the distance. Rain would make it more unpleasant and dangerous. The host are aware of this and are considering how to address it.

Almost Heavenly

This property was everything stated and then more. When we stay in Bristol this property will be at the top of the list. Owners(Both Husband & Wife) were very easy to talk with. This property only has one drawback and it is the driveway. Probably not a problem for people in better health than my wife & I. The driveway is narrow and not friendly for cars wider than our Outback. The owner agreed and said he was looking into how to correct. The dwelling is the best we have stayed in our 50 years of traveling. Better than any 5 star Hotel. I just can't sing enough praise about the dwelling and closeness to Downtown Bristol. It is just fabulous and "NO" we we are not related. We were just that impressed with the dwelling. Just wish it was on the South Holston Lake or River. It isn't more than 20 minutes from the SOH River so we will be back.

Beautiful & Restful

SUPER HOSTS in my book! Perfect place to stay! You will feel spoiled, no detail was forgotten! Extremely clean, welcome gifts, household items available for use. Kitchen is beautiful & had everything you needed! Spacious bedrooms with TVs, tope of the line washer’& drier, nice living room with a work area, outside sitting area. The property & surroundings are beautiful, you can sit & watch the deer. Location is convenient to restaurants & multiple hot spots. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Wonderful apartment with anything you can think of to make a great stay

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Host was willing to accommodate our stay check in/out dates at last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. Quick to respond and very thoughtful. Will come back for sure. I have a large SUV so parking was not ideal but this was clear in the description. Recommend 100%

Bristol Experience

On my top 3 properties for overall experience and number 1 for most comfortable beds/mattress. The location is exceptional from airport, downtown, Bristol Speedway. The hosts have thought of every little detailed touch right down to outlets for smart devices. The only thing needing attention is the parking space which I spoke to the property owners about and they are already working on it. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. I even worked out in the back patio area each day.
