"I totally disagree for customers being charged for parking. It is not nice bse it feels like taking advantage of the people who come to use the services. Where else does the hotel expect its customers to park instead of on the ground. I think this needs to change. Otherwise the overall stay was nice. ..."

"So easy Check in was very smooth and quick. The room wasn't very clean and it was a home away from home. My husband and I had a lovely break in Bath and we would recommend this apartment to everyone we know. We had a problem with the blind but told the head office and it was fixed there and then"
