"Das Hotel war super! Zimmer war sehr sauber und der Gastgeber äußerst freundlich. Ich habe sogar kostenlos ein Upgrade auf ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit tollem Balkon und großartiger Aussicht erhalten. Ich würde jederzeit wieder in dieser Unterkunft einchecken und sehr gerne wiederkommen."

Was verbessert werden sollte: Das Kissen ist zu flach bzw. stützt zu wenig, der Wasserstrahl der Dusche ist ziemlich schwach und dürfte stärker sein. "

"Beautiful room and bathroom at the front of the hotel. Had large balcony, shared with other rooms (although nobody else used it when we were there). Extremely comfortable room with efficient aircon. Food in the on-site restaurant was excellent, as was the hotel's home-grown/produced wine. Breakfast also great, with loads of choice. Staff polite and helpful. Some noise from passing trains when windows were open, but being near the station was a requirement for us, and this didn't impact our stay....

"Luxury! The suite was beautiful and comfortable. Our patio had a gorgeous view of the lake and city. I would have loved to stay longer. Aside from being fairly near the train station and the Italian restaurant across the way, there isn't much nearby. We did hike the trail behind the hotel to the top of the mountain, and that was lovely. The receptionist was very helpful in coordinating and explaining our transit options to Lake Como."
