Tucked away in a peaceful private mews just moments from Brighton beach and the city centre, Pebble Mews, sleeping up to 8 guests, is a spacious townhouse perfect for families, groups, contractors, and dog-friendly seaside escapes. The bright and comfortable living room features an L-shaped sofa bed, Smart TV and WiFi, allowing guests to stream their favourite shows and movies from platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime (just log in with your own account).

    Pebble Mews is perfect for group getaways, hen weekends, family trips and business stays, with generous living spaces designed for relaxing, socialising and making the most of Brighton together.

    KITCHEN - Ground Floor
    The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for cooking, including an oven, hob, washing machine, dryer, microwave and fridge freezer - all set in a wonderful traditional cottage theme. Perfect for dining and entertaining with ease during your stay. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself.

    BEDROOMS

    Ground Floor: Bedroom 1: Features a standard double bed with stunning bi-fold full-height doors overlooking the mews, opening up the space to let natural light flood in and create a seamless indoor-outdoor feel, perfect for a bright and airy stay. Sleeps 2.
    Second Floor: Bedroom 2: 2 single beds that can also be made into a queen-size bed upon request. Sleeps 2.
    Second Floor: Bedroom 3: 2 single beds that can also be made as a queen-size bed upon request. Sleeps 2
    Living Area: The L-shaped Sofa converts to a sofa bed. Sleeps 2
    All beds are made up for your arrival with all linen, bedding and towels provided, sufficient for the number of guests in your group.

    BATHROOMS
    Ground Floor: Separate guest toilet with basin and mirror
    Second Floor: Bathroom. Character bathroom featuring a roll-top bath with overhead shower.
    We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.

    LIVING / DINING AREA - First Floor
    Large dining table plus additional stools comfortably accommodates all eight guests. The 40-inch flat screen Smart TV allows you to connect to Netflix and other streaming services for easy entertainment (just log in with your own account). There is a L-shaped three-seater sofa that provides a relaxed seating area for the group. Bookshelves are stocked with a selection of books to enjoy, while original Brighton photography on mounted canvas throughout the space brings a strong sense of local character and coastal vibe.

    A light and bright landing with rooftop windows that fill the space with natural light and connect you beautifully to the rest of the home.

    PARKING
    Parking for one car is included directly outside the front door, suitable for a small car under 3 metres. Please note that larger vehicles, vans, or additional cars are not permitted on-site; nearby street and local car park options are available.

Despite its central location, the private mews setting offers a quieter retreat away from the buzz of the city.

    Our Guest Promise

    We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!

    Check-In

    We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.

    Damage Deposit

    We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.

    Smoking

    To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.

    Noise

    To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)

    Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.

    Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee.

    Pets

    This Property is pet-friendly. An additional £95 after pet stay, hypoallergenic cleaning fee applies per stay. Please notify us in advance what type of pet you are travelling with, so arrangements can be made.

    A maximum of 1 dog is allowed unless prior permission has been granted.

    Dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture to keep the home clean for everyone.

    Only housetrained dogs are accepted (no puppies).

    Dogs must not be left unattended in the house.

    Please clean up after your pets.

    Check-Out

    Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.

    Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please:

    Wash up the used dishes.

    Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins.

    Return keys to the key safe

    Switch off the lights.

    Close all windows.

    Turn down the heating.

    These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts.

Great location

Really great location for a family of 6. Good sized rooms. Lower bedroom could do with the door opening, and parking is definitely only for one space, but otherwise a nice place to stay

Cute but a couple of minor problems

The place was great - fun colour and style - but there was construction happening at the unit next door (started early) and the window in the upstairs bedroom would not open, so the bedroom was insufferably hot.Aside from those minor complaints, it was a great location, easy walking distance to the pier and laines, and a very fun trip. Thanks
