Step into this modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment just a few minutes stroll from Brighton train station, the beach & everything the city of Brighton has to offer. This spacious apartment is split level with a huge central hallway; it's bright & light with large sash windows. Newly decorated throughout, it's comfortable & homely, fully equipped & fully furnished with everything you will need during your stay. Walk to the beach, North Laine, shopping area, restaurants, cafes & cultural highlights.



The Space:

Welcome to this beautifully decorated, split-level apartment in a stunning Victorian house, offering both modern comforts and classic charm. Located on the upper ground floor, this spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is perfect for up to six guests. Just a five-minute walk from Brighton train station, and close to Seven Dials, the beach, and vibrant local cafes, this quiet yet central setting makes it ideal for families, friends, and professionals alike.



Inside, the apartment features a generous entrance hall leading to the living area and kitchen on the upper level. The living room is designed for relaxation, with comfortable sofas that can double as sofa beds, a TV, a dining table seating up to six, and a cosy log burner to warm you on cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare a meal, from cookware and crockery to a dishwasher and washing machine, plus a small table for morning coffee or workspace.



The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, ample wardrobe space, and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. My family had a great stay at Alexandra Villas. We could not have asked for a better location as the property is close to the train station, the seafront and shops. It's also tucked away from the tourist areas - it really felt like a home away from home.
