KITCHEN / LIVING AREA
Upstairs, you’ll find a bright and sociable open-plan living and kitchen area, perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, electric hob, dishwasher, kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. There is also cosy seating, free WiFi and a Smart TV, so you can simply relax and watch a movie on the Smart TV by streaming all your favourite shows (just log in with your own account). Guests are further spoiled with a Bosch coffee machine for morning coffees.

Our Guest Promise
We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!
Check-In
We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.
Damage Deposit
We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.
Smoking
To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.
Noise
To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)
Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.
Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee.

Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.
