What a fabulous location, nestled in the heart of the North Laine within easy walking distance of the station and everything this wonderful city has to offer!. Ground Floor:

Sorry, no hen or stag parties.. This bright and spacious 2 bed holiday let in central Brighton is in a perfect location to explore this vibrant city. North Laine Cottage is in a great spot; set off the main street but a moment’s stroll to the heart of North Laine with over 400 independent shops, cafés and entertainment venues. Theatre Royal, Brighton Dome, the Jubilee Library and the Royal Pavilion are all close by, and Brighton beach, the Palace Pier, The Lanes (with a wealth of independent jewellers and antique shops) and the i360 are all within easy reach too.

After a hard day of shopping, exploring and sightseeing, step through the door and into the open plan sitting and dining room. Open the doors wide to the pretty patio garden and enjoy the individual, quirky style of this holiday cottage in Brighton’s North Laine, complementing its heritage and locale.

Upstairs are two double bedrooms, with the master offering a romantic Juliet balcony that looks over the street. There is also a modern family shower room with power shower that adds a touch of decadence to this self-catering holiday home.

Great little Brighton property

This flat is clean and comfortable and in a great location to explore Brighton. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
