"Overall we were not estactic with our stay due to a couple of critical points that were not specified when booking. The most important to us was the lack of hot water. We have 4 people staying in this accomodation and even with short showers it didn’t last long enough for the fourth person to have a warm shower. This was extremely disheartening after a full day of freezing our butts off up on the mountains snowboarding. The second complaint was how terrible the heating was. We arrived to a cold...

"With three little kids, the house was perfect for our winter visit to Bright. The house was warm, snuggly and so comfortable. My husband used it as a base for snow trips to Mt Hotham while I stayed locally with the baby and pushed the pram into town. If you have little ones, would recommend taking your own books and toys for the yard. Thanks for having us!"

"This is a very practical and comfortable place to stay , even though small and cosy. Could have been a bit cleaner but has everything you need. It does have one Safety issue though which should be addressed immediately, there is no grab rail in the bathroom whatsoever or grab bar. It is a step in spa bath shower so anyone could slip easily which would be very dangerous. These are not expensive to install. It is based in a great location close to everything was very warm. We would stay there...
