A charming two bedroom cottage perfect for a family break to Dorset.. Ground Floor:

Open plan living space.

First Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Freeview TV

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair. On road parking; additional parking in public car park, 50 yards away. . Applebee Cottage is a traditional holiday home, tucked away in a quiet street, but only a short walk to the vibrant market town of Bridport.



Inside you’ll find a homely living area perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the delights of the Jurassic Coast. There’s plenty of space in the kitchen so you can prepare a delicious family meal, and the open plan design means that you can socialise with the family.



You won’t have a problem keeping everyone entertained; you can curl up on the sofa and watch a good film and the free Wi-Fi means you can keep in touch with friends and family to share your holiday snaps.



You’ll enjoy wandering around Bridport, with its weekly markets and vibrant art and food culture. If your holiday wouldn’t be complete without smelling the fresh sea air, the gorgeous West Bay is only a short drive away. You’ll be amazed by the striking white cliffs that dominate the landscape and the panoramic views… you might even find a fossil or two.

Good location and good value

This property exceeded what I was expecting. We found it to be spacious and well equipped and a good location for exploring the Bridport area. Although there is no parking at the property it was easy to find parking very close by at a cost of £2 per day. The centre of Bridport with its pubs and restaurants is literally minutes away and we used it as a base to walk to the coast at West Bay, Eype and further afield. The description makes it clear that there is no outside space so this wasn’t a problem for us. We found it good value and would definitely consider staying again.

Cosy winter retreat

The house was perfect for a short break in winter as it was near to the high street and within easy reach of good restaurants and pubs, so no driving miles in the dark. The house has no views from the windows and no outside space at all, but this did not matter in December. The property is comfortable and well-equipped and we liked the open plan layout downstairs.
