"At no point was I informed that weekend housekeeping is only available upon request. Even after I checked back into both rooms again on Saturday, no one mentioned it.
I stayed Friday, Saturday and Sunday in a room that was never vacuumed, never cleaned, the beds were never made, and the towels were never replaced.
