- one bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 ;
- a bedroom with a 90 x 190 bunk bed;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a living room with a 180 x 190 sofa-bed;
- A communal garden at the bottom of the residence is also available, with clotheslines, garden tables and chairs.


You'll particularly appreciate the peace and quiet and the view.


During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Cot, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.

## Emplacement
Briançon is a real little corner of paradise where everyone can find their happiness. This city of art and history, fortified by Vauban in the 18th century, is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Briançon has a remarkable military complex, built between the 18th and 20th centuries to improve the city’s defence system. The visit includes the upper town, or citadel Vauban, the very heart of Briançon, dominated by the castle, and the surrounding fortifications of Fort des Salettes, Fort des Trois Têtes and Fort du Randouillet. In winter, Briançon becomes a popular destination for ski enthusiasts, its ski area being part of the famous resort of Serre Chevalier.
