Enjoy a relaxing vacation in Brewster. Centrally located with quick bikeable access to the bike path. Just a quick trip to the Pleasant Bay General store. 3 bedrooms and one room with a convertible couch. Walking distance to ponds, including Fisherman's landing a local favorite, and the bike path. Great outdoor space for gathering or a quiet evening. Outdoor shower and grill. Sleeps eight plus. One King, one California King, one Queen and a new easy pull out couch with a thick latex topper for added comfort. Master with a daybed that can accommodate another 2 people. Come and enjoy!

Fourth of July stay

Overall we were happy with the house, it was in a very nice neighborhood that was quiet. There was plenty of room for all of us. There were a few things that could have improved the stay. First, it would have been nice if there was a screen door leading from the kitchen to the deck to help cool the house. There was a charcoal grill that we used which was fine but we had to buy charcoal ourselves and there was a gas grill in the basement that we would have preferred to use but couldn't. Also, the skylight above the bed where my wife and I slept didn't have a screen so the sun came in early making it hard to sleep. Those are small things but could be easily fixed by the owner. Also, the washing machine had to be replaced (which I know can't be planned) so we were without it for the first few days, which was OK. But no one showed up to meet the delivery people when it was delivered, so I had to be there to let them in and show them where the old machine was. The delivery window was four hours and they came toward the end of that so I couldn't really leave during that time.

Great mid-cape location

Family with 5 adults and one dog. Plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable beds and baths. Master bath is particularly nice. Definitely bring your bikes. Easy rides to nearby kettle ponds and Brewster beaches. WiFi accommodated remote workers. Kitchen well supplied, but bring your favorite kitchen knives. Lots of comfy towels, beach chairs. Pillows, etc. Hope to be back.

Beautiful & convenient location!

We had a wonderful stay in the Brewster house! So much space for everyone to spread out, and the house was so thoughtfully well stocked with anything you might need. There weren’t many spices on hand but there were enough dishes and toiletries and linens for our group of six to be very happy. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor shower after the beach days and the shade provided by the trees. The yard was very private and provided a great place to read or eat. The upstairs shower was especially enjoyable! My tall husband loved that shower head! Hopefully we will be back next summer as this place was very close to our favorite beaches.

Great house, great location

The house is nice, comfortable and fit our family perfectly. Sarah is great and was quick to communicate. We love Brewster and the central location is ideal for us. The fenced in yard is great for the dogs as well. We have stayed at this property multiple years.

A wonderful house!

We spent a week in this house with our daughter, her husband, and their two young adult daughters. Not being used to stairs we put all the younger adults upstairs and we stayed in the first floor bedroom. There are three bathrooms, which is great. The house is decorated beautifully and we felt right at home in it. The location was ideal as we were able to get to the Berkeley Flats and the ponds easily! I just can't say enough good things about this property!!

Lovely home

Very comfortable home with a great fenced in back yard, which was great for the dogs! Easy access to bike trail and short walk/drive to local ponds, which was wonderful! If you are in to cooking, you might want to bring your own knives, as the ones provided weren't very sharp! Other than that, great house in great location.

Very comfortable home

5 adults & 2 young children. Plenty of space to move around in. Good dining table for meals & game playing. Deck & patio were used every day. A plus was the fenced in back yard. Beds very comfortable….. even the pull out couch! Good communication with the property manager also. Very pleasant stay!

Lovely House, Nice Location

It is a lovely house. It is as nice, if not nicer than the pictures. Plenty of room for three couples. It was also well situated. We took a quick trip (@40 min) to Provincetown, took a whale watching tour from Hyannis/Barnstable, and even went to see Plymouth Rock! Lots of good walking on the nearby Rail Trail, as well.

Great stay

The house was great and in a nice quiet neighborhood...just what we were hoping for. A/C units worked great to keep the house nice and cool. Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The bathrooms were nice and well-appointed. My only complaint would be that we could not, among four younger adults, figure out how to get the TV to work. Not sure if it was us, or if there was an issue with the cable...but that was the only frustrating part of our stay.
