The house is absolutely lovely and tastefully decorated with a charming coastal theme. It’s impeccably clean and beautifully appointed, just as shown in the photos. Perfect property for our family of 11. Surprisingly roomy and comfortable. Check-in was flawless. You could tell the house has been recently renovated. Fantastic place!

We just loved our stay here! Great location, beautiful home. Especially the kitchen as we stayed in for eating and it has everything we needed and the space for us to prepare some big meals. Wonderful stay in Brewster

This house was just as advertised and great for three generations of a family (ages 2 - 79). We had enough room to spread out but also great common space for us all to be together. The pool was awesome. Nice quiet street which was good for kids to ride their bikes and adults to walk/jog. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Had a great time staying here.

We love our stay at this property! It’s conveniently located in the center of Brewster abutting Orleans and Chatham. Close to many beaches in these towns. House is very clean and tastefully decorated. Very well stocked kitchen. Pool is heated which is very nice. Perfect for family vacation. Everything just as advertised. Rappaport Review of Kailan's Estate

The Property was very comfortable to live and completely as advertised. The Host was responsive and courteous. My family (total of 8) stayed the first week and my college friends (total of 7) stayed the second. Both enjoyed the property tremendously. I would definitely rent there again in the future.

The rooms are much smaller than they appeared in the photos. The kitchen had no cabinets available to store food for the week. We had problems with the bath tub draining and the wood deck was rotting. The owner was very responsive to the problems but they should have been fixed prior to our arrival

This vacation property is exactly as described. Great house for entire family. Well stocked house which is so convenient. House is in a great location, easy to get to area beaches and venues. The neighborhood is very quiet and great for walking. The yard is nice and pool an added bonus. The host provides beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. Fabulous stay in Brewster!

We loved our stay in Brewster! I stayed there a few years ago and the house has been completely renovated and we didn’t even recognized it. The heated pool is definitely our highlight and the game room is so much fun for the entire family. We love the location which is so near to everything. The beaches and Nickerson park are both very close. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful vacation at this beautiful house

Pool was Perfect

Location and layout of house worked well for our extended family vacation. A first floor master is a must for my 84 year old parents. A pool was also high on our list of priorities. With a newborn and a one year old, we knew that we could not spend full days at the beach. Mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pool allowed my daughters to relax while their littles took naps. The only negative was a strong musty smell in the lower level. We did not use the game room due to that.
