"This little hotel may not have many amenities but it is clean and safe and best of all it is walking distance to so many things including the charming Hyannis downtown and the harbor, Kalmus beach, JFK museum, Ferry to Nantucket and so many amazing downtown restaurants. 2 bus lines come from the airport to the other side of downtown - you can bring your suitcase a safe15 minute walk from the bus terminal to this hotel. "Not our first time visiting. Due to mobility issues we always ask for a first floor room and they always accommodate. The indoor pool was warm and easy to access. My only qualm is the 'pebble-like' flooring in pool room. Not so good for sensitive feet. "
