Collegeside Cottage is located in the Heart of Brevard directly adjacent to Brevard College on Robinson Avenue (a quiet dead end street) - Walking distance to all Brevard has to offer.

Renovations were completed in November 2022, and this home boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, all new furniture, appliances, bedding, and amenities.

With a semi-open floor plan, fully appointed kitchen, comfy living area, and office nook, we know this home will welcome you to stay even longer than planned.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and you will find - an electric range, full size refrigerator, washer/dryer, pantry, microwave and coffee maker. If you don’t want to walk uptown to eat at one of the many fine restaurants, you may make a gourmet meal at home. We strive to have all that you would need to cook any meal. If you find something missing, please let us know.

The primary bedroom includes a memory foam queen bed with an adjoining full bath. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom contains two twin beds. The second and third bedrooms share a hall bath. Both baths have tub/shower combinations.

You can enjoy a cozy night inside, or step outside on the back porch and enjoy the cool mountain air and adjacent creek.

We are local to Brevard and are lucky enough to call this area our home base. Should you need us we are likely right around the corner. Happy to answer any questions or give recommendations!

Downtown Brevard neighborhood in Franklin Park area, next door to Brevard College - Walking Bridge to the college is right out front. Robinson Avenue is a private dead end road.

If you are choosing a stay longer than one week, weekly housekeeping by our housekeeper will be required. This cost will be $100 per week after the first week. Thank you!
