Family Trip to See Cousins!

We had an amazing time staying at this house in Brevard! It was our first time visiting cousins who live in the area and this house fit the needs of our family of 5 perfectly. It was beautiful and in the perfect location! It was also the most fully stocked house we have stayed in. We can't thank you enough for sharing this gorgeous home!

Absolutely Wonderful!

Our family had the most amazing vacation in Brevard! We loved this home so much, and will definitely be back! It was very clean and we loved everything about it. We spent most of our evenings on the screened in porch! We walked into Brevard daily. Such a great location and experience!

Perfect Weekend Away

We brought 4 babies under 2 and it was the perfect house for us! The layout was great, we especially loved the porches and bonus living space upstairs! Lots of great kid friendly touches. We truly loved everything about this place. We will be back!

Spotless Comfort and Pristine Lodgings

We have stayed in VRBO properties all over the world, and this was certainly among the very best. It was beautifully cleaned and prepared for us. The property itself is in pristine condition and in an excellent location. The property managers are quite gracious. It it’s an easy walk to downtown, and the property itself comfortably houses your family. Recommend!!

College friends getting together for 50 year reunion.

House was Awesome. Downstairs toilet in half bath was out of commission , but that was not a problem. Decks were beautiful and so much room to sit talk and cocktail! Loved closeness to town. All in all would love to come back

This house was excellent! It was just like being at home. Very well appointed, spacious & really quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown Brevard. Our contact person, Emily, was awesome. Great timely communication. Overall, a wonderful VRBO experience.

Excellent Brevard Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks in the house. It is extremely comfortable and spacious and fully equipped. Located in q quiet neighborhood with a huge year yard and forest, and yet only a 3-minute drive to town, it was a perfect location. The large open deck and side screen porch were where we spent most of our time when we were not out and about.

Wonderful, quiet spot for a family!

We had a beautiful stay for three nights here. Weather cooperated and we had everything we needed. Remote check-in and check-out was very smooth, everything worked, kitchen was well-equipped, and beds were comfortable! Of note, the backyard neighbor was nice, but it was a little weird seeing "private property" notices out the back window. The basketball hoop was fantastic!

Great place

The place is awesome, roomy and well appointed. The iron was missing and as we were in town for our nephews wedding, we asked if there was one. After we confirmed it was not where it was supposed to be, the graciously went and bought a brand new Iron and Ironing Board - THATS SERVICE. The owner brought them over himself and we had a wonderful conversation. This place is well appointed, checks off all the boxes and Id be happy to stay there again!

Great Family Trip

We had 6 adults and 3 kids who came to celebrate the holidays together. This home was perfectly located with some yard and space, but also very close to downtown where we could easily walk and enjoy all it had to offer. During our time we sampled food (the drive through BBQ and downtown Thai restaurants are amazing!), checked out breweries (enjoyed Noblebrau and Oskar Blues especially), went hiking and enjoyed lots of downtime at home also. The bonus room upstairs was perfect to hang out with the kids, open presents, and has a huge TV. The kitchen is very well appointed and we were able to make all meals we needed with everything they had - they even have an Instant Pot and Crock Pot! It was very clean. The hosts were very accommodating of our request for an early check in and very responsive during our stay. This was a wonderful stay and we would definitely look forward to staying again.

MLK Weekend 2022

Stayed for the holiday weekend during a huge snowstorm. The property manager couldn't have been more accommodating, offering to allow us to stay additional nights at a discount and having a late checkout. They also provided a "real" snow shovel and salt. The house is really great. Plenty of space for us. Huge yard for the kids to play in. They even had plenty of toys/games for the kids to play. Kitchen was well-stocked. The location is perfect, in-town, and close to all of the hiking and waterfalls. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful! Family Friendly!

The house was extremely comfortable, spacious and well stocked. Location is close to downtown… short bike ride or maybe 10 min walk. We grilled on the back porch and cooked breakfast every morning. Fun and relaxing vacation

Large, upscale, beautiful home

Honestly the house layout was incredible. Spent everyday out on the porch. Furnishings all comfortable and beautiful. Only issue we had the house was really damp. It made it hard to sleep and relax inside. I think this is a temporary issue due to all the rains.
