When you open the front door, you are greeted with a rustic setting, lots of wood and stone, leather chairs and a welcoming bear in the foyer. Take your picture with the bear for fun selfies to enjoy later. The setting is the community of Connestee Falls with amenities including tennis, golf, community pool, pickle ball, hiking trails and several lakes with playgrounds and dedicated swimming areas. The home has three guest rooms and two and a half bathrooms.  Entertain with a large kitchen and eating area, complete with gas range, gas grill and wine chiller. Plenty of pots and pans for all your cooking needs. In the morning, you have a Keurig or a drip coffee maker, just be sure to bring your favorite flavor.

The master suite on the main level has custom tile shower, king sized bed and a TV. There is a sliding glass door that opens to the large deck and decor is rustic, log cabin decor.
Upstairs is a loft to accommodate extra sleepers if needed on the futon. The lower level has a game room den area with wet bar, card table, mini fridge and two bedrooms and a bath. The patio is accessible from the den area and opens to the outdoors where you can enjoy the patio furniture catch a few rays in the private courtyard area. The home has so many areas to relax that you will not want to leave. The downstairs bedrooms are well appointed and linens are provided.
Guests will be asked to fill out a registration form by email.  The amenities fee will be included with each reservation.

As your host during your stay, White Squirrel Realty is easy to reach by text or phone.  Each home is supplied with fresh, professionally laundered linens and supplies to make your stay comfortable.  Our cleaning crew is local, paid a living wage and are trained so that you can enjoy your vacation in a clean home.
Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation with a link to the essential information you need to enjoy your stay like the door code and the directions.  The digital guide book has information on the property and also on the area including restaurants, grocery stores and popular destinations.  Guests can go straight to the property at check-in time.
