Approximately 600m from Marais-Girard beach and 1200m from the town center, this small, single-story country house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. It features an enclosed garden and direct access into the living room (corner sofa, coffee table, sideboard, TV, table, chairs). The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted and equipped (extractor hood, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and storage).

There are two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: one double bed (140cm) and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: one bunk bed (2 x 90cm) and one single bed (90cm).

The bathroom was renovated in 2025 (shower, vanity unit, and toilet).

Wi-Fi access is available.

A garage (used for bicycle storage) includes a washing machine and an additional shower.

Parking for 2 cars on the property.
Large terrace with garden furniture (table, chairs, barbecue) and a relaxation area (outdoor sofa, awning).

Pets allowed. Bed linen and towels not provided. Tourist tax not included.
End-of-stay cleaning is optional, subject to availability (€100 extra), to be booked through the agency.
Security deposit: €350 by credit card only (pre-authorization).
