  • 100 year old home located steps from downtown Brenham! You will love the recent renovations that enhance this gem! The hardwood floors are original to the house and the large bedrooms will nicely accommodate your group. The open downstairs space and backyard are perfect for larger groups. Many people love hanging out in the main area where your group can all enjoy cooking in the kitchen, playing pool, or lounging in the living room area. The interior has a fun decor that your group will love! You may decide to hang out in the backyard where your group can grill, gather around the fire pit, sit in the swings, play corn hole, or relax on in the outdoor seating area. You will also love the location of the house. The house is walking distance to all of the fun shops, restaurants, live music venues, and wine bars that downtown Brenham has. The house is only 1.5 miles from the famous Bluebell Creamery.

Great Property

We have a yearly golf outing and this year we choose Brenham for our two day event. We loved this house as was spacious, clean and the beds were so comfortable. The location was close to all our needs as well. Recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in the downtown area.

We had a lovely time staying at this house. There were six ladies who traveled to Round Top for the antique show. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and the back porch was a fun space to watch college football games. The manager was easy to reach out to, and she was quick to respond. We would stay here again in the future.

Wonderful Rental Home

Several friends gather together for a fun weekend in Brenham. They loved the Washington house on E Alamo. Beautiful place and owners are awesome to rent from.

Amazing !!!

We were in town for a softball tournament and this house was the highlight of our trip. The girls absolutely loved it and it had everything we needed. The host was amazing and so thoughtful in every detail in the home. Perfect home and location, best place we have stayed at.

Such a neatly decorated fun older home with so much character. We loved it! Tons of space and lots of bedrooms and great mattresses on all beds. This house is stocked with everything you need and more! We loved our short trip here and would definitely stay here again.

The PERFECT place for a large group with plenty of room inside, outside and parking. Walking distance to downtown. Could not have been happier and our host was very accommodating! Highly recommend.

Property was great

We had family get together for a wedding near Brenham. The house was perfect for us . It was clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the back yard too and liked that restaurants were in walking distance. Also appreciated the prompt responses to my questions. Would recommend this property!!

Attending a wedding in Chappel Hill.

Eight of us came for a cousin’s wedding in Chappel Hill. Great house for a family! Excellent location, very well appointed and very comfortable. This house had everything we needed for kids and adults. Loved the pool table! Wish we’d had time to stay longer and take advantage of the backyard and patio.

Basketball Moms

12 Armadillos was perfect for our stay with plenty of kitchen items, lots of games, coffee bar items, and a spacious outdoor area. It was walking distance to the square but most of the shops are closed Monday and Tuesday. Highly recommend the Yumm sweets on the square for lunch and ice cream. House is so cute with lots of room.

What a wonderful house.

The house was perfect and had so much charm. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was fantastic. You guys made sure that we had any type of information we needed to enjoy our time in Brenham. Great Location and amazing home

It is in the best location!!! The house is one of the best to stay in bc all but one bedroom has king sized beds. Plenty of bathrooms and you have lots of space. Pool table, outside pit makes this a perfect place to hang with family and friends. So close to downtown and everything is in walking distance. Owners are easy to work with and we’re so quick to respond if we had a question. They even left us a gift of s’mores so we could use them on the fire pit. Really good for the price as well.
