You enter directly into a beautiful living room (30m²) with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, small refrigerator), a dining island, and a lounge area (sofa, armchair, and coffee table).
Wi-Fi access but no TV.
(The sofa bed (160x200) in the living room will be used as a bed for 2 people).
A hallway leads to the bedroom and bathroom (sink, shower, washer-dryer, and toilet).
Bedroom: one double bed (140 x 190) + storage.
The living room opens onto a garden at the rear of the house with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue.
A shed is available for bicycle storage. A private parking space is available.

The house is located on a lively street with a market (Tuesdays and Fridays), so you can buy fresh produce and enjoy the summer atmosphere.
The bike path near the house gives you access to Dunes Beach (2.5km), the typical village of La Gachère with its marshes, and the forest.

Pets not allowed. Sheets and household linens not provided. Tourist tax not included.
