With approximately 50 m² of living space, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for couples or small families.

The heart of the apartment is the combined living, dining, and kitchen area, featuring a cozy seating area, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a radio with a CD player.
The kitchenette is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and microwave.
