"The property was great! It is in a perfect location and in walking distance to shopping, dining, and exploring. The staff was amazing and the room was clean and comfortable. "There was no hot water, staff was aware and said “yeah, we had maintenance look at it” The food was extremely undercooked, we were charged for parking, which we didnt know about"

"This is a beautiful property within walking distance to downtown. Only downside was that the ice machine is on the 5th floor and didn't work, but was able to get ice from the bar."
