3 BR + DEN, 3 BA TownHome – Walk To Ski Run – Mountain Views!

This townhome is in a quiet (yet close to everything) setting. It’s about a 3-minute walk to the “Skyway Skiway” ski run. From there, you can ski down to the BreckConnect Gondola for easy access to Peak 7 and Peak 8. Then, ski back down the Skiway and walk to the house for lunch or après ski relaxing. Your group will thank you for booking Woods Live Oak Townhome!

This 3-bedroom plus den, 3-bathroom townhome has a great layout for up to nine people. You’ll love the mountain views, and you can watch to gondola float by too! The spacious living area feature big windows overlooking the town and mountains, as well as a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV. There’s also a den with an even larger TV for serious relaxing and movie watching!

The kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and comes stocked with all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and you’ll love the gas grill on the deck. There's even a private hot tub to sooth your sore muscles after a long day on the slopes.

There’s a one-car garage (plus parking for another car in the driveway) and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. Other amenities include a private hot tub, Wi-Fi throughout the home and basic toiletries. Summit Mountain Rentals provides all linens and each of our homes is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24/7 to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible.

- Master suite: queen bed, private bathroom with jetted soaking tub, walk-in tile walk-in shower and two sinks, flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, mountain views. (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: queen bed, private door to patio. (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 3: twin bunk bed, twin trundle, private door to patio. (sleeps 3)
- Bathroom: tub/shower.

Main Level:
- Den: queen sleeper sofa, attached bathroom with walk-in tile shower. (sleeps 2)

Special Unit Notes - Please Read:
- No Pets/Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1-car garage with 1 outdoor space – 2 spaces total.
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

Decent place!

It was good for what we needed! The kitchen area was nice. Check in and communication was easy. The beds and the furniture in the two living room areas was pretty old and uncomfortable. The carpet wasn’t super clean and some of the blinds didn’t work which was a bummer. We spent most of our time out and about besides night time and nap time for our kids so it didn’t bother us too much. If furniture was replaced we would definitely stay there again! The location was very close to Main Street, grocery stores, playgrounds and hikes which we loved.

Wonderful Home

Wonderful property, clean and well maintained. Our second year renting on Woods Road. Will be back again!Only issue was empty propane tank when we arrived. Had to carry full tank up 2 flights of stairs and install myself.

Easy, clean and comfortable!

Great spot. Tad bit of a walk to the gondola, the gold lot is open on weekends. House was great! Larger kitchen, high end appliances. Wi-Fi was fast. Surprised to see an extra bed under the bunk beds, that was huge!The host seems to be manned 24/7. Not a single interaction with them had more than 3 minutes for a response.

Fantastic house

This trip to Breckenridge was one of the best ones we have ever had because of this house!! The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. The layout of the house was phenomenal and allowed us to all be comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the property management company was also just a text away. The private hot tub was absolutely amazing!! We will definitely be booking again!

Very clean and comfortable for our family ski trip. Very easy to ski in, a little more difficult to ski out but not bad. The realty company was great and sent out someone to make sure the hot tub was ready to go as soon as we arrived. Great location.

There’s a reason this place gets high marks. Great location. Great ski in. Ski out a little more work but doable. We instead just had one of our non-skiers shuttle us to the gondola which was super easy. Grocery store and town close by. Just an amazing location - incredibly handy but on a quiet street. The townhouse was very clean and homey. We loved: the hot tub, the kitchen with everything ready to cook for our crew, the garage with room for one more vehicle outside, the ski/mud room off the garage, the “TV” room which served as a four bedroom with a bathroom. Any questions we had were quickly answered by the property manager. We would definitely stay here again, and HIGHLY recommend this to anyone with a group of 6-9 people.

Our stay was everything we wanted and more. It was clean, spacious and an unbeatable location. It isn’t technically “under” the gondola but it’s as close as it gets. Check in/out was also very easy. 10/10 recommend!
