This charming condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, featuring a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and two twin beds tucked away in the loft accessible via a spiral staircase. With a bathroom on each level, convenience is built right in.

Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy peaceful views of the tranquil stream and the Four O’Clock ski run — perfect for unwinding after a day of mountain adventure. Soak away your cares in the community hot tub, just steps from your door.

Winter guests will appreciate true ski-in/ski-out access, with the Snowflake ski lift just a 5-minute walk and an easy return via the Four O’Clock run at Sawmill Road. A free shuttle stop nearby offers even more convenience, and downtown Breckenridge is within easy walking distance.

Stay entertained with a flat-screen TV and DVD player in the living room. One designated parking space is included, and electric vehicle charging stations are available onsite.

Overall good stay. Could use a few upgrades on the inside like lighting, cookware, and windows (upstairs screens and a working window in the bedroom on the lower floor). A small table on the deck would be helpful too. Great quiet location with beautiful views.

Great location

This condo is great for ski in and ski out. The management company is also very prompt if you need anything. I stayed here with my wife and three kids. It was a little tight for space but it worked.

Easy Ski Trip Stay

The location was great and central to both skiing and downtown Breckenridge. The five of us staying were a bit cramped, we’d probably just stay 4 next time, but overall we had a great time!

Ski, Cook, Rest and Enjoy Snow

I planned my trip in may 2022, I was there in january 2023. We have enjoyed so much to be near Ski Gondola to get Peak 8. My sons knowing skiing they tried Snowboard, my Wife and me keep skiing. We had great soft snow to ski and afternoons we could rest to recover for next day. Thank you VRBO a Resort Manager for our pleasant stay. We will be back.

The place was so much smaller than originally believed. Sofa bed mattress was not in well state at all. Management did not respond to my call. All else was fine. Easy setup/checkin and out. Great location. Walking distance to both peak 8 and 9 lifts.

Great location

Overall we had a good stay. We loved being able to walk to the Breckconnect gondola and downtown area. We enjoyed a hike on nearby Snowflake Trail, too. The condo had what we needed but was a little tired. There was not any room for a suitcase in the bedroom. The loft was fine for our teenagers, though one of the beds was very squeaky. The stairs seemed wobbly. The view of the trees and mountains along with the sounds of the rushing creek were beautiful.

Nice Creekside Condo

We enjoyed our stay here, especially the creek outside the balcony and quick short walks to town. We never did get a parking pass, but that didn’t seem to be a big problem. We also couldn’t get the oven to work correctly, but that might have just been user error. Overall, great stay though!

Breck Break

This property is conveniently located within walking distance to Main St. Breckenridge. The views on the balcony were spectacular and the stream running through the backyard was idyllic. Unfortunately there is no A/C. Despite being there on very mild summer days with cool evenings, the temperature in the condo remained quite warm until the early hours of the morning even with the balcony door and all windows open, making sleeping quite difficult. Overall, very happy with the experience, but would choose somewhere with A/C in the future!

Convenient to town and skiing

Our family of 5 fit snugly into this condo. Could walk to a lift - uphill but easily enough. Cooked all meals and felt safe, slept well. A fun get away.

Enjoyed our stay

The heat was hard to turn down, but just opened the upstairs windows or the patio door. The main bedroom was small but made it work, I would suggest a more comfortable mattress for the cramp quarters and extra pillows. Otherwise, the unit serviced its purpose, great location.

Fantastic stay. Easy access to slopes and quick walk downtown. Hot tub and sauna came in handy. Nice views of peak 9 from deck!
