Nice Stay

We loved the location and layout of the unit - the living and dining space are large. However the sofas and mattresses are older and a bit uncomfortable. Replacing them would make the place ideal! We took advantage of the hot tub with the panoramic views of the mountain. Overall, a nice stay!

Christmas week

Stayed 5 nights with our adult children. Great location, weather was perfect with a white Christmas. Would highly recommend this place. Gave it a 4 star because Kitchen was limited with glassware, no pot holders or dish towels, only 2 kitchen hand towels, couch’s were very worn and dishwasher very dated. Hot tub and fire were great after Returning from a long day of skiing

Wonderful location

This property was great! The location couldn’t have been better, a block from all the shops and restaurants! We walked everywhere! Also the unit itself has multiple balconies with a beautiful Mountain View! The private hot tub was another bonus, but it overlooked the street and mountains….absolutely stunning! Property management was great at communicating. Exceeded our expectations!

Great house in a perfect location

Our family of 4 (2 kids ages 8 and 11) loved our stay. The house is spacious, clean, and with all amenities you might need. We were thrilled when we arrived and found humidifiers in each room. We always struggle with the dry air in Colorado so this made our stay more comfortable. The hot tub has a great view facing the mountain. The location was perfect. A few minutes drive to the slopes and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The only things that could be improved were the pillows and mattresses. However, we would stay again.

Location location location

First off great location! 5 stars. Furniture 1.5 stars the beds the couch the chairs very uncomfortable terrible bedding dingy throw pillows, the top blankets on the beds were very scratchy. We were given incorrect information about parking, after renting two cars because we were told we had two parking places the property reply was well you can figure it out. You have two cars. The outside lockers never were not usable for ski gear. And you cannot smoke a cigar or anything anywhere on property even outside. So a nice whiskey with a cigar after a long ski day is out! We wouldn’t rent this house again but we did love visiting Breckenridge. The location truly is great walking to restaurants and the grocery liquor store is on the same street.

So cute!

Right off of Main Street, very cute place. The hot tub is on a shared patio which was a little weird but we never saw anyone else. Linens were a bit scratchy but it was well worth it for the location!

Wedding in Breck

Property happened to be perfect location for us as our celebration was across the street. One problem was info of how to enter property. Directions said to pull up in front of building. And park in designated spot. Enter unit. Had to call no. given, and that person did not know to enter driveway and entrance was in back. Our unit was in a red building. Driveway was next to green-gray building. Iritation set in as we drove around the block 3 times and then decided to go up the drive. And found our entrance. As we stepped into unit, some of that was forgiven because it was very pleasing to stay there.

Great stay except for cleaning staff

So everything was absolutely as advertised but I do have 2 comments. 1 it is not clear from the listing that there is only 1 parking space. That is actually fine but I believe they own the unit which is right next to it as it looks identical and that one also had a parking spot for it and no one stayed there all weekend. We had to park the other car miles away at the airport lot it would have been easy for the property managers to just let us know that there would be no tenets and we could park in that second space. Even if tenets were coming half way through the trip it would have been really nice to have it for a night. Secondly and more importantly cleaning showed up 30 minutes before check out which is actually fine but while we were getting our stuff together in the car the guy was just straight staring/glaring at us and even honked the horn while we were still finishing up getting out and before the check out time. this would have been inappropriate had it even been after check out time. I was actually taking my buddy to his car at the airport lot when this happened but if I had been there and not just the girls It would have been a much much bigger problem because that is so rude. I suggest you fire this person.
