This 2-bedroom plus loft, 2-bathroom premium home home is perfect for families or groups of up to six – and the family pup is welcome, too! Walking into the living area, you’ll find vaulted ceilings, great natural light, a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for trading stories after the day’s mountain adventures. The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with new cabinetry, quartz counters, a professional grade gas range and other quality appliances. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for six more at the counter.

Outside, the spacious deck features your own private hot tub, a gas grill, and seating to take in the views. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for three vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Gorgeous stay in Breck!

Gorgeous home, better than the photos! Convenient walk to Main St, but secluded so you feel as if you’re miles away. Great windows and an expansive deck looking out on nature. The kitchen has everything you’ll need (we love preparing intricate meals at home on vacation with friends). We’ll come back again and again!

Breckinridge vacation

House was beautiful but loft area for two more people was not explained as accessible only through the master. That lacked privacy. The weather was very warm and the only cooling is to open windows without screens. They really need screens and a whole house fan. Master should have a better mattress and sheets should be upgraded. Understand that this is a vacation home being rented, however a wall filled with family photos is not the best atmosphere for a vacation rental. Most families want to feel like it’s their own for the time they rent it especially as expensive as this property was.

Fabulous place

We stayed at this beautiful house for 6 nights The kitchen is very well equipped and if you don’t want to cook the walk to town is about 15 minutes. The outside deck is perfect for enjoying a sunny afternoon and there is a hot tub. The driveway is pretty steep so in the winter you do need a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The only minor issue we had is that mattress upstairs is a bit soft.

Beautiful, Cozy, Mountain Home

This is a gorgeous, pet-friendly property. We had a lovely weekend stay here. It's close enough to downtown Breckenridge that we walked down and back for the Running of the Santas and lighting ceremony. The hot tub is marvelous after a day on the slopes. The steam shower/rain head in the master bathroom is divine. The beds are very comfortable once you get in them and warm up....they're memory foam, so they're firm at first but gently mold to you. The kitchen is equipped with anything you could possibly need to cook with and loved the appliances. Lots of board games available to play. We had a marvelous game of Rummikub while admiring the snow-covered pine trees outside the huge windows. Even saw a fox! Our only criticism, and this is a minor quip, but the home was a little cold when we arrived, they set it low when no one is there, as you should to be eco friendly. However, it's radiant heating and fireplace controlled, so it does take a couple hours to really warm up and get cozy again. Highly recommend this place and we hope to visit again ourselves in the future! Thank you!

Mountain hideaway

We had a great stay in the Breck area at the Wellington Haus. The location was a short walk to Main Street and close to walking trails next to the river. The summit management team was very helpful for questions we had during our stay. Also, we left behind a personal item, and they were quick to respond and ship the item to us ASAP. We were very impressed!

Do not rent

Do not stay at this property until they say it has been remodeled. First off the house itself is neat and great location, but it’s extremely overpriced. There was mold/mildew on tile shower ceiling in primary bath, water damage to light and it was coming out of tile ceiling. Water heater had enough for 1.5 showers. No screens on windows, no AC so bees/wasps flew in while we had windows open due to warm temps. Carpet had stains and smelled of dog urine when house got warm. Bedding looked unwashed upon arrival. Too many other options in and around Breck to choose from besides this place.

Amazing Stay in Breck

We came for a ski weekend/birthday celebration and had a wonderful time. We especially loved the hot tub, very well-equipped kitchen, and the proximity to Breck's free shuttle. There was lots of light in the main room and the heating kept us really warm. Everything was clean and the views of the slopes from the hot tub were fantastic! The only thing to note is that the third bedroom with the twin/trundle is actually a loft that you have to access through the upper floor bedroom. It was totally fine for us because we are all very close, but it's not as private if you're expecting a proper third bedroom. Overall we had a great stay and I would highly recommend this property!

Peaceful Retreat

Needed to recharge and chose a late fall getaway in Breckenridge. Very pleased with this cabin. Downstairs bed could've been more comfortable. Loved the hottub, fresh air and views; and even saw the most beautiful fox strolling the property thru the amazing windows. Our pups don't shed and found lots of pet hair on the cushions in the windowseat from previous guests, after spending a few hours there reading. The snowfall on our 3rd day was the icing on the cake, so to speak. Highly recommend this property.

Extended weekend getaway

We stayed from for 4 nights in September. The check in process was perfect and easy. Property management company communicated by text and email prior to arrival. It was all very professional and we never had any questions. The house was in a great location for us. We could walk to the neighborhood park, quickly access easy kid friendly hiking trails, and walk to the shuttle stop. We even skipped the shuttle and walked straight to Main Street several times. Excellent location for summer. The house itself was good- for a family with a young child, 3 years old, the loft upstairs made me very nervous as it looks out over the kitchen. We decided not to allow the youngest in the loft at all for safety. But house was as advertised, just be aware if you have a toddler age child. The 8 and 10 year old enjoyed exploring outside close to the house and had plenty of kitchen counter space to play board games. We had plenty of towels, linens and small shampoo/soaps etc. I used the washer and dryer without a problem as well. Last time we were in Breck we stayed at a ski/in out condo and I preferred this time to have a spacious house with fridge kitchen etc. Definitely recommend! Thanks for a great family trip!
