Christmas ski trip

We had a great time. The condo was perfect for our family with babies. So close to the ski lift, and beautiful views!!! It was an awesome family trip !

Perfect Location!

Great stay in this perfectly situated condo! The unit is a five minute walk to the lift, and an equally easy walk into town for dinner and evening fun. Would highly recommend this unit!

Great place

Loved this place. Very clean and efficient, and only 100-200 yards from the ski lift. We were only 3 people, so we all had plenty of space. The gas fireplace kicked out a lot of heat which was nice in the evenings.

Great place. Great location.

It was exactly what we were looking for. The place is cozy yet spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. You can see Quicksilver Superchair from the condo. It's 5 mins away walking. Recommended!

What an amazing Condo! It is in a great location, easy walk to the Peak 9 Quicksilver chair lift and and equally easy couple minute walk to Main Street with shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean and well equipped with all the essentials. We were a group of 10 adults and with the extra loft space (2 sets of bunk beds) there was bed for every person. We cooked dinner every evening and the Kitchen was well equipped with all the pot/pans and dishes we needed. The Check-In and Check- Out process was simple and property management emailed details in advance with all the details. The heated pool and hot tubs are located just across the street which was nice after a long day of skiing. We highly recommend this Condo!!

Great Location

The condo is in a great location, easy to walk right to the base of Quicksilver, easy access to the village and downtown. The space was clean and had everything upon arrival. The owner made communicating directly with him easy and provided everything for a smooth arrival. There is plenty of space in the condo, we travelled with 8 and felt comfortable the whole time. The second floor is an open loft with lots of space and great views! Overall great week in Breckenridge at this property!

Great Condo in a Great Location

Worked out perfectly for our extended family ski trip with 6 adults & 4 children. Unbeatable location -- easy walk to Charter ski/board rentals (one building over) and then to the Quicksilver lift. Condo was a nice hangout for a the few non-skiiers and fit us all comfortably in the evenings. Main bedrooms, kitchen, dining & living room were all on one floor. Easy walk to downtown shops, and we enjoyed the private community hot tubs across the street (just make sure you have the right door code). The owner was easy to reach and accommodating. Thanks!

True Colorado experience

The property was exactly as advertised. The furnishings were all high quality and in good shape. The decor was well done and you felt the ambiance of Breckenridge. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for cooking all of our meals- including pots, pans, utensils and a variety of spices. The grill was handy for bbqing. The condo was well maintained and had plenty of extra towels, pillows and blankets. The location is perfect for walks along the Blue River, into town or the Quicksilver lift. The views are spectacular. The gas fireplace is cozy. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends. We enjoyed our visit immensely look forward to returning in the future.

Fantastic Condo for Ski Vacation

I have rented many properties with VRBO, but this is at the top of my favorites. The Condo is laid out well with all the amenities and very well stocked with paper goods, linens, a well equipped kitchen with modern appliance. The location is great for skiing and short walk into town. The owner, Mr. West. sent all the information and key to my home in advance which made the entry so easy without going through a third party. My family was a total of 9 and the sleeping arrangements easily accommodated all. I highly recommend the condo rental and want to thank Mr. West for the use of his great property. Happy 2023 New Year.

Beautiful Condo - Great Location

The condo was very spacious with plenty of room to stretch out and relax. There were plenty of comfortable beds with the two bedrooms downstairs and the bunk room up in the loft. All of the furniture was nice, and all of the surfaces and appliances were new and very nice. It's a top floor unit, so you needn't worry about hearing footsteps above you at all hours. The location is great, right near The Village at the base of peak 9. Easy to get to Main St. for shopping/restaurants or just as easy to walk down to the river or Peak 9 for a hike - Taj / Burro trail is easy to get to up Lehman gulch on peak 9, or the warrior's mark trails along the river are relaxing as well. Can easily walk to the middle of town and up Four O'Clock to the snowflake lift to hike around the Sawmill reservoir also. The owner was easy to communicate with and had all of the info I needed sent to me ahead of time. Overall a great place for us to stay.

Wonderful Breck Home!

This condo was spacious and had everything anyone could need. The owner was quick to communicate with our family. The location is perfect. If you know Breck this is a 1 block walk acoss the beautiful Blue River to the chair number 8. And just 1 and 1/2 blocks and you are on main street. We will absolutely book again!! Evolve has wonderful homes. This is the 4th one in 4 states that we have stay in and throughly enjoyed.

Great place to stay Breckenridge!

We were only there at night for we were doing a business conference. The place is very comfortable. Couch should be replaced. Beds were great. There is no dishwasher detergent. We didn't use any of the utensils. Overall met our needs. We drove to all the restaurants it is a bit away from downtown. But within 10mins walk to everything. Time was our problem, would get in late.

Perfect location and condo exactly as described

This was perfect for a guys ski trip. Walking distance to the lifts and down town. Plenty of beds and room with a great view. Highly recommend.

Great Ski getaway

Excellent lodging for a great ski week. The location of this place is perfect. Across the river from the quicksilver chair and a short walk to Main Street. The place was clean with great beds for 10. Fireplace was a great way to start the morning. Note you will have to bring own TP/paper towels/garbage bags etc.

Amazing Location

Property is decorated to give it that ski town feel with modern upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of room with a spacious loft and amazing views of the mountains. Just a five minute walk and you're in line for the Quicksilver lift. By far the best place we've stayed at in Breck.
