    Welcome to this beautifully renovated three-bedroom townhome in the heart of Breckenridge. Hosted by Great Western Lodging, this inviting mountain retreat blends cozy alpine charm with modern upgrades, making it ideal for families and groups. The spacious floorplan features vaulted ceilings, comfortable mountain furnishings, and an open living area centered around a warm gas fireplace. Thoughtful upgrades throughout the home include heated bathroom floors, a spa-style walk-in shower, and heated mattress pads on all beds for a comfortable night’s sleep in any season. With strong Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, and generous gathering spaces, this townhome is designed for both relaxation and convenience after a full day of mountain adventure.

    Guests enjoy access to a private outdoor hot tub, garage parking, and the nearby Upper Village heated outdoor pool located just behind the One Breckenridge Place complex. The pool is available seasonally, offering a relaxing place to unwind after skiing or hiking.

    Situated just one block from both the base of Peak 9 and Main Street, this property offers one of the most convenient locations in Breckenridge. Guests can easily walk to skiing, dining, shopping, nightlife, hiking trails, and year-round events, making it a perfect home base in every season.

Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Good Find & Location!

This condo was super spacious and very clean. Walkable to downtown and the free trolley for getting to the gondola and up and down Main St if you’re tired of walking. Host was very communicative and made check in and check out very easy. We’d recommend staying here.

Beauiful spot close to town. Was not aware we we on the busy street, but overall a great spot for family gathering. Would definitely recommend.

Wedding weekend

Facilities and location was great. We had an issue with the hot tub not heating and Hunter at Great Western lodging was very helpful to get it fixed and communicated routinely. I would highly recommend this property, and although we went in summer it would be ideal for skiing.

Great location and nice property

The location was great with quick and easy access to the Quicksilver lift, the bus system, and to town. The unit was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this unit to others!

Great Location

The location to town was perfect. The home had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend for location and amenities. The private hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking. We plan to return again and hopefully during ski season.

Great Stay

Easy walk to Peak 9 lifts and Breck Main Street. Great open living area and hot tub was relaxing after a hard day skiing. Perfect for our group of 7.

Great experience!

This was a great house! We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to walk to downtown Breckenridge. Enjoyed the hot tub. Only comment - nothing in the kitchen for house guests other than salt and pepper. No paper goods, foil, Ziplock bags, etc. Most house rentals have these things, along with basics in the kitchen.

Nice but extremely dry

Was a great place. Enjoyed our stay. Only thing to upgrade in my opion would be to add a humidifier system to furnace system. Not that expensive to do. Was so dry in the house. If you turned over in bed there where literal sparks. Otherwise a very nice home.

Very good location

Unit perfect for location. But grill on porch a total disaster, hasn't been cleaned possibly ever, and handle to open it was broken, and had to be very careful not to get burnt too much using it. Had wanted to BBQ a few times, but that was out the window.

Great location

We always love staying in this complex. Location is great to the downtown and slopes. This was a different condo than we stayed in in the past. We were not thrilled with having to pick up and drop off keys. We always had a code to the front door. The condo was great just wish they had more items “left behind” to share with others(hot chocolate, spices…) The condo needs more hooks for ski jackets and pants. Many love coed owners closets, which meant less storage for guests.
