You will fall in love with this beautiful townhome the moment you step through the door. It sits in a quiet Breckenridge neighborhood and is only a half mile from Main Street.

LOCATION – The Village Point Townhomes are located off Broken Lance Drive in the Warrior's Mark area of Breckenridge. They are located close to the Peak 9 Base, only a seven minute walk to the QuickSilver and SuperChair, and less than a ten minute walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of historic downtown Breckenridge. There is a free shuttle stop right at the entrance to Village Point which will take you to the slopes, town or anywhere in Summit County.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking –1 Car garage, 1 outdoor space - 2 spaces.
• No Pets / No Smoking
• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.
• HOA quiet hours are from 10 pm – 9 am and is strictly enforced
• This is a “no smoking” community and smoking is not allowed inside or outside on the deck
• Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old

Our group loved our stay! The property was spotless and couldnt beat the location. Check in and Check out were seamless and the owners were great with communication and checking in to see if we needed anything. Definetly will be staying here again if and when we are back in Breckenridge

We loved our stay. Love that the hot tub was just a step out the back door. And it was the perfect location, walkable to downtown breck. One complaint is that the upstairs master doesn’t have a real door. It’s a sliding barn door that has big gaps, so it’s not very private.

It was a gorgeous place enjoyed by all. The only complaint is that it would have been nice to have a bathroom on the main level versus going up or down 2 sets to go to the bathroom. The management company could not have been more attentive with any/ALL questions.

The management company communicated with us regularly leading up to our arrival, also after we checked in, making sure everything was okay. The property was nice, well furnished, up to date. The kitchen has everything you need (and more) for preparing meals during our stay. We were about 50 yards away from the bus stop, with access to the slopes in just a few minutes. Would definitely stay here again.
