This is it: The best slope access location in Breckenridge! The Peak 9 base area is where it’s at: The ski school, ski shops, restaurants, night life, the Quicksilver SuperChair and more are just outside your door. You’ll also have access to the hot tubs, pool, and workout facilities in the Village — and, Breck’s Main Street is only steps away!

This spacious and freshly updated condo is sunny, perfectly located, and just downright cool. The views are amazing — you’re right above Maggie Pond and there’s great views of the slopes. You’ll love the patio overlooking Maggie Pond — perfect for an afternoon beverage and exchanging stories about your on-slope heroics. Or, curl up by the wood fireplace and watch the snow fall on the mountains through huge picture windows. Of course, there’s also a large flat-screen TV for catching a movie or the early morning snow report.

The vibe inside is like your dream cabin with new high-end furniture, decorations and appointments. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful black granite countertops. The dining table seats six, as well as room for four more at the counter. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, shuttle service, heated underground parking for one vehicle, access to the Village Childcare Center in the winter, a sports shop with equipment rental and storage, and a concierge/activities desk.

Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No Pets/Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1 garage space total. Parking at the Village at Breckenridge is limited and not guaranteed for all guests. This ski in ski out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $30 per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.

Location, location, location!

We have three small children (7,6,4). We wanted convenience to ski school, to walk to restaurants and space for everyone. This place had it all! Steps from ski school, 3 minute walk to downtown, steps away from many restaurants (The sauce on Maggie, Bold, The Quandry) it was so very convenient for us. This is our second year staying here and we couldn’t be happier! We had more than enough space for three adults and three kids.

The condo was very nice. Great decor and a well stocked functional kitchen. The rooms were comfortable and cosey. The property was easy to navigate and the amenities were great. The property manager was very attentive and gave their personal attention with our check in process. Peak 9 and downtown Breckenridge were walking distance for easy access to the slopes, shopping and dining. All made for a comfortable enjoyable stay.

Amazing location for family ski trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The location can’t be beat, especially for skiing. Literally walk out of the building at the base of Peak 9. We read that Peak 9 is best for new skiers and found that to be true. Our 10, 7 and 5 year old boys all had a blast on the amazing green runs up the Quicksilver super chair. The condo is also right near Main Street, walkable to all the great restaurants, shops and bars. Check-in was easy. If you rent this condo be sure to download the Village at Breckenridge app as that will be your key to get in.

Family Ski Christmas Vacation

We love staying at the Village and Antero is a great location. This unit was spacious and the provided room for all 6 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with had everything we needed for our meals. We had a little trouble with our parking key cards/apps not working at first but the property managers were very responsive and helped resolve the issue very expeditiously. They even checked in several time to ensure things were still going well. Great stay.

This property was exactly as described. The view from the balcony and picture windows was beautiful. The location was perfect to get right into town walking. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.(also great parking set up.)

Location location location!

This property was perfect for our summer vacation to Breckenridge! We parked our car and never saw it again for a week. Everything is within walking distance including hiking trails, bike rentals, gondola, restaurants and the market. The property was well stocked and the amenities were great.

Comfortable facilities for a vacation

Pros The VERY BEST posible location to slopes, town, shops, restaurants. Very reasonable and nice accommodations for a vacation rental. Management was VERY responsive and accommodating to any issues. Cons Expensive parking ($50 per night). Spa and jacuzzi in different building. Management is located off site so issues were resolved by phone and text rather then meeting in house at front desk. Given the circumstances management responded extremely well.

Great Location

Enjoyed being right by the ski lift and being able to walk around the Village. We didn't use our car once . Get groceries before you arrive. Luggage carts are in the parking garage. Firewood in the garage was a sweet touch. We didn't get to use the pool/hot tub but truly enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfy.

Great location, but tricky to get settled

The location was great, very conveniently located a couple minute walk from the quick silver super chair lift and 2 blocks from downtown Breck. The building is a bit dated, the key cards and card reader for the building were giving us issues and my wife was stuck outside our room for an hour trying to resolve it. The property management company did provide us new cards though. Plenty of room, comfy beds and the amenities are amazing from sauna, hot tubs, indoor pool, game room, etc. The check in process is very tricky. Limited parking space, need to pick up keys from a lock box that's a 10-15 minute walk from the unit. Otherwise great location that makes up for the issues.

This place was incredible. Ski in and ski out right by the Quicksilver lift. We walked to dinner in downtown at night and nice to have covered parking. Condo was spacious and beautiful views!

We went up to ride ATV’s we found a place to park by the chair lift behind the unit. Check in could be made slot easier if they would put the address of where to pick up your keys in the first paragraph instead of the third page. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great location….check in/out is poor

Unit is nice, but dated. Location is perfect. Management had not updated the packet, so it said pool was closed for remodeling, it was done and open unknowingly to them. Offsite check in/out needs to be fixed. We used a shuttle service and with a 7 am pick up, we needed to drop off keys and get picked up .5 mile away with two kids, all our gear and 3 sets of skis. Not ideal.. .We booked late so I will take responsibility also. I would stay here again, just adjust my expectations
