Here’s a ski-in/ski-out condo with room for up to eight guests and superb mountain views! It’s less than 50 yards from Breck’s Lower Lehman Run, Quicksilver Superchair and ski school — plus, you’re strolling distance from all the shops and restaurants on Breck’s historic Main Street. And with pool/hot tub access, it’s the perfect year-round vacation spot; your family and friends will love it!

Trails End Mountainview Penthouse is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom penthouse condo that’s perfect for groups of up to eight. In the living area and a large flat-screen Smart TV; the views of the mountains and Breck’s ski slopes are fantastic, too. Please note, the fireplace in the living room is not functional. There’s also a private patio to take in the views and crisp mountain air. The kitchen feature granite counters and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed when you’re not exploring Breck’s great dining options. There’s room for 10 at the dining table plus four more at the counter.

There’s a desk/work area in the upstairs den for catching up on emails. You’ll also enjoy the shared hot tub and access to the Upper Village Pool and hot tubs, as well as shared laundry facilities and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. And like all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. You’ll also sleep well knowing our helpful staff is on call 24-hours a day so your vacation can be as hassle free as possible.

Great size penthouse condo with a few steps from the lift.

Amazing location of the property is definitely the highlight. Plenty of room and space for at least two families. The many bathrooms made getting ready in the morning a breeze.

Great location and nice place with a few problems.

This was very spacious vrbo for our big family. The location couldn't have been any better! However, the hot water heater wasn't working well. When we were leaving, a maintenance man came to fix it, meaning the owner knew it wasn't working. Many of us took cold showers each night. Also, the wifi signal was quite weak. Other than that, the unit was very clean and well kept! We will totally stay again, with hot water!

Great Location and Excellent Communication!

The location and views are epic; easy to walk to nearly location in Breck and it is right across from a Free Ride stop. The unique combination of bedrooms and sleeping arrangements were really nice for two separate families to spread out and have enough space. Everything was clean and as advertised; we had a minor issue with blinds not working that maintenance fixed best they could as quickly as they could. Overall awesome very easy experience with fantastic communication from the company; definitely recommend!

Parking

Need to mention that there is only parking. Most people renting a unit that holds 8 people will need more than one vehicle. Had to park our other vehicle ten minutes away at the airport parking lot and pay extra. Someone used charcoal in the gas grill. Had to clean out the charcoal so the gas would light and breath.

Conference stay

Some Great and Some Not

LOVED the ski-in and ski-out location! Perfect, easy access for beginners, greens, blues, and blacks. LOVED the location for the town. Restaurants and shops all within 10-15 minute walks. LOVED the layout of the unit. Plenty of beds and baths for everyone. Great kitchen and family room. HATED the beds. They were the hardest, most uncomfortable beds I've ever been on and that was consensus for all beds in the unit. It felt like you were sleeping straight on a box spring without a mattress. The entire unit needs new, higher quality, softer mattresses. The bedding as well was very low quality. All bedding and pillows should be replaced. So daytime was great, but nighttime was awful.

Amazing location & incredible customer service

We loved our stay at this property! The location can’t be beat, and the customer service was amazing. The couch in the living room was the so comfortable it felt like a cloud! Our friends liked it so much they wanted to buy the same one for their home. Summit Rentals helped us track down the manufacturer after we left and they were so helpful! We will definitely be back.
