How is this sound for your next Breckenridge adventure: less than 50 yards from Breck’s Lower Lehman Run, Quicksilver Superchair and ski school — and strolling distance from all the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. You and your group will love this condo!

Trails End Easy Rest Condo is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that is perfect for groups of up to four. You’ll love the open, spacious layout and balcony overlooking the town of Breck and the mountains. In the living area, there’s a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV; it’s the perfect place to relax and share stories about the day’s Rocky Mountain adventures. There is a full kitchen to make après ski snacks or a gourmet meal, and you can easily ski in for a quick lunch and be back on the Quicksilver Superchair in minutes!

You will also enjoy the shared hot tub and access to the Upper Village Pool and hot tub, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. As with all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. You’ll also sleep well knowing our helpful staff is on call 24-hours a day so your vacation can be as hassle free as possible.

Comfortable unit

Beds are very comfortable. Needs tv in bedroom and one of the closet doors was broken. Otherwise this was a solid unit in a very aged building. Can’t beat the access to peak 9 especially if skiing with small kids, so we keep coming back to Trails End and likely will for the foreseeable future. Check-in and out process was easily the most effortless in all our stays

Perfect location

Superb location for access to the slopes and to the town. Everything we needed was within walking distance! The unit was perfect for us (2 adults). Perhaps a larger humidifier would improve the nights, but that's really the only thing. Loved the place. Hope we can come back!

Great rental

This property exceeded our expectations! It was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare simple meals during our stay. The location was fantastic—just a quick 3-minute walk to the Quicksilver lift and within walking distance to nearly everything in Breckenridge. Communication with the property management team was outstanding; they were prompt and responsive to any questions we had. We’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo. Perfect location!

Lovely space. Plenty of room and extremely cozy. Only a walk to peak 9. The communication was great. Keys had to be picked up at a different location which was a little unusual for us. Other than that, this place gets 5-stars! Stay here. 10/10 would stay again.

Very cute, well stocked and great location

We enjoyed our stay at this cute condo. The location is very convenient. It’s the perfect size for a couple - might be a little tight for more than 3. The bed is comfortable and fit even my oversized 6’4”husband with room enough for both of us. The kitchen/condo is well stocked and everything works as it should. The management company is extremely easy to work with. The check-in process was clear and straightforward. Parking was good. We were happy with our choice of this condo.

Beautiful property in Breckenridge

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It's close to all the skiing and snowboarding action. Easy walks/shuttle rides to everywhere in Breckenridge. Kitchen was well-stocked and the property was clean. The indoor hot tub was warm but the jets could have worked better. The outdoor hot tub was cold. Overall, we were very pleased with this property and would definitely stay there again!

Ski In/Out next to Quicksilver chair lift and great access to town to enjoy shops and restaurants. Easy check in and out with great communication with property management. Everyone was welcoming and nice that we encountered.

Great access to all things Breck

Exactly what we were looking for for a quick trip to Breck. Easy access to the resort and also downtown area. Unit was a little dated, and pull out couch in "couch mode" was super uncomfortable, but nothing that would keep me from booking again.

Clean condo, great location, no frills

Great location for a quick stay in Breckenridge. Walkable to downtown and trails. The unit is very clean, functional, and no-frills. Note: the bed is not a queen size as listed, but a double/full. Also a small, inexpensive plastic side table for the deck would add value to this unit! Overall, it was a great location that could use a few simple upgrades.

Great condo in Breckinridge

Owner was easy to contact. Summit mountain rental is the property mgr - they go above and beyond on check in amd departure. Nice condo on the 4th floor, views of the mountains over the town of Breck. Super clean and comfy. Full kitchen. Hot tub on the 1st floor. Great free public transportation, bus or trolley on Main Street. Easy access to everything without a car. Only wish there was some relaxing furniture on the big balcony - as the morning and evening views are nice. Lots of great restaurants near the VRBO. Cuppa Joe has great $5 breakfast burritos and coffe. Sancho Tacos had great Hsppy hour, and Mexican food. Luigi offers pizza by the ice. City market is ideal for getting groceries - as this is a tourist town. Bike rentals are best on sunny days. Tons of shops and food on Main Street and a few streets over.. BoLD is also excellent. Epic mountain shuttle will take you from Denver there and back - reasonable prices - vs a expensive rental (plus paid parking.
