Ubicada en Four O'Clock Road, esta unidad se encuentra a pocos pasos de la parada de transporte gratuito de Breckenridge y a solo una cuadra de Main Street, lo que le permite estar a poca distancia de todo lo que Breckenridge tiene para ofrecer.

    Este condominio de dos dormitorios, dos baños y medio puede alojar hasta 7 personas. Excellent condo in a great location! It was the perfect base for exploring Breckenridge. The property management company was outstanding—they were available 24/7 by text and responded almost immediately every time I had a question. Their customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced. I was very impressed with both the property and the management, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Perfect location

Great experience just a short walk from Main St. We walked everywhere and the condo was perfect for recharging. Comfortable and clean, very responsive management and all the necessities for a family to make a good home base. Definitely renting this unit again.

Perfect fit for our family vacation

The property was a perfect fit for our family of 4. Everything was as described and there was plenty of room for our family. Check in was easy and the communication leading up to our stay was very satisfactory. The property is in a great location to access everything in Breckinridge. Great value. Highly recommend.

Cute cozy condo

This was perfect for myself and friends with a toddler. It was very cozy. Each room has there own bathrooms! Beautiful inside! Cozy at night when it got colder.

Great location!

Sundowner II was perfect for our family. Walked many times to town- centrally located! Free ride bus stop right across the street to ride to lifts.

Great Location

We had a great stay. Location is not ski in/out but as described is across the street from 4 O’clock run and shuttle stops. Easy walk to town. Condo was clean and everything was as described in listing. Property manager was available and prompt with responses

Condo was nice. We had a few minor issues that no one was able to fix for us - i.e. fireplace not working, lightbulbs burnt out outside

Well maintained, kitchen was well stocked, location is central to all things and very walkable. Only drawback is the technology in the condo was pretty outdated - TVs didn’t work very well as they are very dated, WiFi had constant challenges and it took a couple weeks to get a technician out.

When we were looking for one item, someone delivered it to our door. Beds were comfortable. Great location! One problem that we had was bad water pressure in the second bedroom shower on the second floor, and the design of the floor in the shower was uncomfortable on bare feet. I did not report the shower pressure to the management company as I didn't think that much could be done in a week's time.
