  • Located just steps from the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle Stop and only one block from Main Street, this two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condominium offers the ultimate convenience, putting you within walking distance of everything Breckenridge has to offer.

    This 2-bedroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. The living room features ample seating with two cozy couches, perfect for relaxing by the gas fireplace while watching your favorite DVD movie. If you prefer to unwind with a good book, the inviting open layout ensures comfort and warmth, making it the perfect spot for relaxation after a day of adventure.

    The gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, wood cabinets, and all the essential appliances including a coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, and refrigerator. Enjoy your meals at the rustic wood dining table that seats six, or grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar, which accommodates four.

    The master bedroom features a queen bed with comfortable bedding and rustic wood accents, plus a private en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Captain's bunk (twin over full), and an updated bathroom nearby. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. For extra sleeping space, the living room includes a queen sofa sleeper.

    Step outside onto the private balcony, the perfect retreat for quiet moments to soak in the surrounding beauty.

    Additional amenities include a stackable washer and dryer, a desk with high-speed internet access, and underground parking with an elevator to the unit. Perfect location

Great experience just a short walk from Main St. We walked everywhere and the condo was perfect for recharging. Comfortable and clean, very responsive management and all the necessities for a family to make a good home base. Definitely renting this unit again.

Sundowner II was perfect for our family. Walked many times to town- centrally located! Free ride bus stop right across the street to ride to lifts.

Cute cozy condo

This was perfect for myself and friends with a toddler. It was very cozy. Each room has there own bathrooms! Beautiful inside! Cozy at night when it got colder.

Perfect fit for our family vacation

The property was a perfect fit for our family of 4. Everything was as described and there was plenty of room for our family. Check in was easy and the communication leading up to our stay was very satisfactory. The property is in a great location to access everything in Breckinridge. Great value. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. Location is not ski in/out but as described is across the street from 4 O’clock run and shuttle stops. Easy walk to town. Condo was clean and everything was as described in listing. Property manager was available and prompt with responses

Well maintained, kitchen was well stocked, location is central to all things and very walkable. Only drawback is the technology in the condo was pretty outdated - TVs didn’t work very well as they are very dated, WiFi had constant challenges and it took a couple weeks to get a technician out.

When we were looking for one item, someone delivered it to our door. Beds were comfortable. Great location! One problem that we had was bad water pressure in the second bedroom shower on the second floor, and the design of the floor in the shower was uncomfortable on bare feet. I did not report the shower pressure to the management company as I didn't think that much could be done in a week's time.

Great location, great home

We loved this unit! It’s much bigger than I anticipated. Our family of 5 was very comfortable here. To get to the mountain in the morning you can either take the bus just one stop, or you can walk less then 1/2 mile the snowflake lift. At the end of the day, take the 4 o’clock to town run, but exit at the “park place” sign to walk across to the unit. Two suggestions: replace the master bedroom pillows (maybe the second bedroom too but the kids did not complain) and provide light bulbs for renters to switch as needed.
