  • Excelente ubicación, limpio, bien mantenido. Puede esquiar y caminar hasta la góndola o montar en el servicio de traslado gratuito. En invierno o verano, puede caminar a todo lo que Breckenridge tiene para ofrecer. A solo dos cuadras de la calle principal. La ubicación de esta casa es tan buena como la que se encuentra en la histórica calle principal, a solo minutos de distancia, y se puede llegar en autobús desde el aeropuerto. No necesito un carro. Se acaba de instalar un nuevo jacuzzi privado. La casa tiene vistas a los humedales y ofrece vistas a la montaña de Baldy. Perfecto para reuniones familiares y grupos. La casa est�� configurada con todo lo que necesita para disfrutar de sus vacaciones.

Great Communication throughout our stay. We had a scheduling issue that the manager made right by putting us up in a ski in/out property right on peak 8! Highly recommend!

Completely enjoyable

The house is beautifully furnished and in an excellent location just across from the gondola with an easy walk into town. We loved it and would eagerly return again.

Real ski-in / out

Great stay. Our family of five enjoyed staying here. Ski-in/out was incredibly convenient. Located close to town and amenities (grocery/gas/dining) but still felt quiet and almost secluded. Spacious inside and well appointed.

Ideal in every way

This was the perfect place for the 6 of us to enjoy a long weekend. Great location, close to everything, beautiful views out every window. Ample bedrooms AND bathrooms were a big plus. The kitchen is well stocked. Hope to stay here again!

summer stay

We really enjoyed our stay for the most part. The only negatives were the lack of working lightbulbs, plugs and furnishings in the kitchen were lacking as well. Other than that, the beds were comfortable. And the house had a lot of fun games for the kids and the location was wonderful.

Beautiful place in a perfect location.

We were in town for a family wedding. It was our first time in Breckenridge. Was not sure what to expect or where to stay. This place was GORGEOUS and well taken care of. Downtown was a 3 minute car ride if that. It is walkable if you wanted to. If it was ski season the gondola is at the foot of the hill. We can not wait to return.

Comforable stay

This townhome is just as shown in the pictures, except it has a new couch and chairs in the main room. Super addition. It is very comfortable with every item you could ever need in the kitchen. Beds are very comfy. Just beware, as stated, there are ALOT of stairs. The showers in the two masters are very, very tiny as well. Nothing to take away from the charm of this place. Hot tub was a nice addition. Walk from town is a bit more than we thought but certainly managable. Setting is beautiful and very quiet. We loved our stay.

2022 Ski Trip

Condo fit our needs perfectly. We had seven adult males and each had their own bed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. On site hot tub. There is a short walk to the gondola in the morning, but nice to have ski in at the end of the day.

Excellent Property

This a a wonderful property. Extremely clean. Has everything we needed. The private hot tub is a huge is a huge bonus. Great location. Walk to downtown Breck. Excellent hiking opportunities as well.

Great place for groups or large families

Clean, great location, big rooms and all the amenities you need. Private Hot tub is awesome and you can walk to gondola to connect to peak 7 or 8 base.

Perfect for our group

I took my team from work to Breckenridge for some team building, and this property was perfect for the group. The location was great as well. It was easy to get to the gondola to start the day of skiing nice to be able to ski back to the condo. The hot tub worked well and provided some great relaxation after a day of activities. The kitchen was stocked well with supplies, and we enjoyed some great restaurants within walking distance. We could have easily not used our vehicles for the whole time in Breck. The only downsize was that the living room is a little small for the number of guests that we had at the property, but we made it work. I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot! Gorgeous - ski in, ski out!

Place was perfect for skiing this last weekend. Had 11 guests which all slept comfortably. Fire place, hot stub, ski in, ski out, equipment racks in the garage, big kitchen - couldn't ask for anything more. Would highly recommended!

A Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed the space and all of the accommodations. For the winter, if it's going to be really cold, it's a little bit of a hike to get to town and to the gondola but it's close enough where we did make the walk a couple times. Otherwise we ubered. The house has a great setup and is kept super clean. Very comfortable for our stay.

13 guest weekend getaway

We were a group of 13 friends looking for a place that could accommodate both the skiers of the group as well as the townies and the location of this place was perfect. There was room to lay out air mattresses for our last minute extra guests. In the morning we'd walk to the gondola (about 6 minute walk) and ski right to our door in the afternoons. We typically walked into town during the day and at night took ubers to go out, but they were cheap (roughly $10 at peak times) as the distance is not very far. The kitchen at the house was great for cooking and the hot tub was spacious and had a great view and is right outside on the deck!
